Same Day Delivery- Not!
On Friday June 15th at approximately 9:30 in the morning, after looking online, I called this company to order flowers. It was of great importance that the flowers be delivered that same day before 3pm to the recipients place of business. Their customer service rep assured me that a same day delivery would not be a problem. Well, needless to say the whole process was nothing but a problem. After these assurances and an email from them at 10:30 am saying my order was processed I get an email at 3:15 that day saying they wont be able to deliver until Monday!!! Long story short, after much aggravation and time spent on hold, our order was finally delivered in the late afternoon on Saturday only to find out the flowers delivered were not even close to those that we ordered! (Wish I could include a pic!) All the communication with this companies customer service either by phone or email was scripted and/or stories. At one point I was transferred to a recording saying that “all our florists were busy with Valentines day orders and a delivery confirmation could not be given”! Really...in June? I called this company to place the order (vs placing online) to ensure same day delivery which did not happen. I would suggest a more reputable company.
