We found RussianFlora.com through an online search. We wanted to send birthday flowers to our sister who lives in a small town in Eastern Ukraine. There was no delivery info for this destination on the website so we asked about it through their online chat. Within a few hours, they emailed us back saying that they could service the area (for a very reasonable delivery fee). We ordered a floral basket with teddy bear for delivery on her birthday. The flowers were delivered on time on the requested date. The recipient loved it and said they were beautiful. We will definitely use this service next time we send gifts to the Ukraine!

I have used customer support chat interfaces on other websites, but many times I have found that they make me wait for 2-5 minutes! But Russian Flora's chat support is EXCELLENT. In one of my case, they called me right after my order and told me that "It was snowing very heavily in Russia and same day delivery might not be possible!". This is so nice of them.
