I Paid For A Dozen Of Roses And The Roses Were Not
I paid for a dozen of roses and the roses were not delivered. I tried to find out what happened, sending emails, calling to the Livehelp and no one could give me a valid reason about what happened. I didn't even receive a reply to my emails and every time that I talked with the Livehelp, they were not able to explain to me anything. For me it was impossible to go to UK personally to complaint about my order. Every time that I called to the telephone number that they provided in the website, they said that I have to called to the customer service and whenever I called to the customer service, no one answered the phone. By the way more expenses with the phone calls... COMPLETELY A BAD EXPERIENCE!!!

I Placed An Order With Them For A Single Rose For
I placed an order with them for a single rose for a friends birthday. I paid £5.95 extra for delivery. The item never arrived, and I've sent numerous emails which have not been replied to. Roses By Design online florists took my money and provided no service whatsoever.

Roses by Design is a good company to use. I would highly recommend! This is the third time I have used them and the recipient has always loved the unique surprise!

The last contact I had with Roses By Design was to tell me that they had posted my order a week ago. They are now using Royal Mail as an excuse for my order not being here. They do not respond to e-mails, they will not phone you and the live helper system does not work.

Do Yourself A Favour And Stay Well Clear Of Roses
Do yourself a favour and stay well clear of Roses by Design. An order that I was told would take 3 days has now taken nearly 2 months and I'm still waiting. They do not reply to emails or answer phone messages. I have even given them the option to cancel the order if they cannot fulfill it and I get ignored. It's now 2 weeks before I get married and still no favours for the women. Avoid disappointment and stay away!

An update for you all... Roses by Design told me the order was posted on the 10th of October. It is now more than 2 months since the order has been placed, and over a week since it was apparently posted. Guess what? Still nothing! They now do not accept e-mails and the sister company Grow-A-Memory does not respond to e-mails either. The website states that one of their friendly sales staff will answer the phone, but this isn't true. You get to leave a message and never hear anything else. I got hold of a mobile number from Kyotee, left a message for them and still silence. I have submitted complaints with shopsafe and safebuyer and still I hear nothing.

I Have Used Rosesbydesign A Few Times Now. I First
I have used rosesbydesign a few times now. I first heard of them when I received some beautiful roses for mothers day. I have since sent a rose for a birthday and a get well soon rose.
All have arrived on time and looked lovely.
I would recommend them and use them again.

Maybe they can send single roses but they can't send out bulk orders. What a surprise that as soon as a bad review is placed a good one follows!
I Bought 3 Embossed Silk Roses From Rosesbydesign.
I bought 3 embossed silk roses from rosesbydesign.co.uk- only 2 of them were embossed, one of which was smudged and unreadable, the roses were not in a presentation box as advertised, I requested delivery as soon as possible - they took 2 weeks to deliver!! Customer service non-existent - no response to e-mails. Give them a wide birth.
I couldn't agree more with this review. At least he received his roses from Roses by Design.
I have to disagree, I received some beautiful roses from www.rosesbydesign.co.uk for mothers day, they were very unique and a great suprise.
