I paid for a hamper to be delivered I was asked to pay extra for choosing the delivery date, which I was happy to do delivery charge was an extra $9.95. When we got to the check-out section the $9.95 suddenly developed into $39.95. My total bill $237.70 Which I paid. This hamper has never been delivered. I was given a ticket # electronical generated. I have had no response by email or telephone. All were in my account details and were also attached to the ticket # they sent. However, the address they give and the phone # don't exist. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

On 13 December 2011 I ordered a fruits basket for my wife, with delivery date 15 December 2011. I gave her work address for delivery, with the exact floor & office number, plus her mobile in case she is out of the office at the moment of delivery.

Later the rightflorist.com claimed that the basket was not delivered, because the receptionist didn't recognize the name of my wife. However, they didn't left the basket to the office number given in my order. I was also informed, that my wife was not reachable on the given mobile. (The latter I totally refuse to accept.)

Instead of receiving good news for a successful delivery, I was informed that the basket has been returned to the florist and destroyed. There was even no option suggested that the basket to be picked up from somewhere else.

I am absolutely disappointed by rightflorist.com and I really advise you to avoid its services.
