Ordered two days in advance, and while the flowers were delivered on the day ordered, they were not delivered until 9pm. Delivery hours are supposed to be between 9am-7pm. 9pm is too late to be delivering.

The bouquet itself was lovely when it arrived, hopefully it won't fade early as I don't know how long it was on the delivery truck throughout the day.

To be fair this is the first time I ordered from them, and the requested delivery date was the day after Mother's Day, so it may be an aberration. But I would not order from them again in case it is not.

Ordered Polka dots arrangement for my sister's baby girl. She absolutely loved them. It was my second order with Rideau Florist and I'm very happy with their service over all.

Rideau really did save the day for me, so i think i owe it this review. Dumb as I am, ied forgotten my fiancée's birthday right until noon, May 19th!! A quick search on google left me at Rideaufloristottawa.ca. To my surprise, not only was I able to place an order to be delivered by the evening(considering it was 1PM already), but the delivery too was free! The roses were full and blooming just like in the picture I saw on the website. The only thing I regret is not ordering chocolates, she wouldve had loved them! Anyways, to me, rideau deserves a 10 on 10 for their response time!
