I used this florist for my wedding day and the service they gave to me and my husband was absolutely shocking !

I booked for my wedding blue orchids to put in vases, covered in water and floating candles.

The day of the wedding we received white, purple and pink orchids, but not blue.

I was very upset and during my wedding day I had to call the Rhapsody Floral Design to send someone to sort that mess out.

Surely anyone who deals with weddings knows that there is normally always a colour scheme to follow and stick to it.

I don't complain about the fact that maybe she couldn't find the blue ones but at least she should have called me or my husband, or the location to inform me about the missing flowers and give me the opportunity to replace them with something different.

She tried to justify herself saying that she replace the flowers with the same ones but in a different color so I couldn't ask for any refund from the moment that the flowers where from the same ''family''.

Whenever I look at the photos I am disappointed now.

She ruined my wedding day.
