What a terrible experience we've had with PJ Mulley! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS FLORIST TO ANYONE! The bouquet we ordered for our aunt's birthday was changed from our chosen Tropical bouquet to tulips, arrived a day later than scheduled and the flowers were simply dumped on her doorstep! The flowers were extremely poor quality with most of them already open and dropping petals. The person I dealt with in their Customer Services Team has been unhelpful, unsympathetic and argumentative - certainly not how to treat paying customers! She has refused to refund our money, instead offering 10% off our next order with them which is an absolute joke as we will NEVER order flowers from such a terrible florist again!!

I ordered these late last night for today. I'd been too busy in the day to order them so I asked for them to be delivered today but appreciated I was late ordering for the next day service. They delivered though, and the flowers are amazing. I wouldn't use any other company now. Value for money is incredible too which always makes the difference.

Thank you for the wonderful service and fabulous roses that I sent using your company to my grandmother. She is very proud of her garden so she knows her flowers... I was hoping that she would love my choice of gift. She rang me thanking me and then rang 10 days later saying they still looked lovely ... very happy, easy website and very good service.

Ordered my flowers 5 days in advance for my girlfriends 30th birthday. It is now 6pm and I'm still yet to receive them. If you are ordering for an event like a birthday, look elsewhere as the time slot they've given has long passed. Much better services elsewhere

The team at PJ Mulley arranged a beautiful bouquet of roses to be sent to someone special who lives far away from me.

The flowers were delivered on time as per my delivery option, and were very helpful when I enquired about a status update.

I have used PJ Mulley several times in the past, their scented roses are out of this world and much appreciated by my wife on our Anniversary and Valentines day-i am a romantic and want the very best for her.The flowers always arrive on time in pristine condition and the prices are not unreasonable.And of course the staff who take the orders are polite literate and speak good English
