Flowers were of very poor quality and were dead within 48 hours. very poor customer service will never use again.

Some flowers were delivered to me,they started dying within two days of being delivered. When I rang up to complain, I was asked if I had had my chocolates I said what chocolates? They came out to change the flowers when I attempted to show the driver the previous flowers that had been ordered I asked why they had died. He said I can see they are dead! He then tried to blame me the customer and said my place was too warm even though no heating was on! Never known such bad customer service or bad flowers. Wont recommend them
