I had ordered flowers on 8th march, I received an order confirmation on SMS. but flowers were not delivered. the was no feedback form the them. no one is receive the phone. I am really very unhappy. I don't know if this firm really exist or it is a bad website.

I ordered flowers and cake.I calked them 15 times to re confirm the order so that they can deliver it on time considering all the reviews but they did not bother to answer at all.Please do not waste your money.Cake was tasteless.Will never order from them.

I ordered the roses at 11 am and delivery was done at 6 pm.

Delivery address was Andheri in Mumbai.

When called the customer service number the reply was very arrogant and irresponsible.

they promise delivery between 11 to 5 pm.

If the gift is not delivered on time then the charm is not there and as good as not delivered.

Don't go for Mumbai Flowers, its wastage of money.

I have recently order high priced flowers, but very upset by its quality, rather i would have asked to road side vendor who gives better than this online poor quality store, pls dont try and dont waste your money

The flower delivery of over a 1000 rupees never got delivered, let alone in the mid night slot. The reason cited by the unnecessarily arrogant and disrespectful customer care executive was that they ran out of flowers and couldn't get in touch with me. That would have been acceptable still if the message for delivery had been communicated even a day in advance, which means that even if I had not missed the call my delivery wouldn't have been completed.

It makes no sense to have a mid night delivery option without a 24x7 customer support option.

Having ordered 5 days in advance had no significance on the availability of flowers on the day it was required to be delivered.

The company is definitely not worth the price that it charges for its products or its claim of 1.5 lac satisfied customers.

If feeling regretful and sorry in front of your loved one is not your goal, then prevent yourself from ever using this company.

Pathetic is the word for the bouquet they sent on the booking i made.

What on earth do they think are we paying for?

We booked a bouquet costing Rs.700 and they sent a bouquet that is not even worth 300!

glad we were saved from booking a higher value order.

This is the last time I am placing an order with your site and definitely for the people who will read my feedback about your services.

I ordered 1950 rupees worth of goods. The balloon didn't even get delivered!! But I got charged for it.

The flowers were so bad that they had to be thrown away the next as they smelt really bad.

The cake was rock hard..........

Very dissapointed......when I complained they said I had to complain within 48 hours!!!!

Scheduled an online delivery for Rakhi and 1KG laddus on the occasion of Raksha Bandhan. They sent half eaten laddus. Circle shaped laddu was partially eaten and half portion kept from each portion. Worst food item delivery ever seen. Horrible people. Never choose this service.

They charge you extra money for the preferred delivery slot and when the order doesn't arrive on time and you inquire, the answer you get back is there is no guarantee for slots.(Why the hell are you charging money for it then!!) The service sucks big time, very unfriendly staff. Flowers weren't fresh at all, and the cake was all over the box. Not recommended at all!!

We sent flowers to Mumbai via them this time and I was surprised that the flowers were fresh and delivered in time. Unlike some other well known flower delivery companies like ferns and petals which I used to use for flower delivery, where flowers were almost always not so fresh and not so good quality ones and still expensive. My mother really like mumbai-flowers.com flowers this time.we are going to use their services again! finally it seems I found a good vendor for flower deliveries to Mumbai!
