I explained to them that my mom worked in the morning and I wanted the arrangement to be delivered in the morning I thought they would actually deliver on time. They gave me an invoice where it said delivery would take place from 11 to 12, which I thought was good enough. I called after 12 and they still hadn't delivered. The lady left in charge answering the phone suggested they could deliver them to my mother's house when that wasn't even the arrangement.She claimed their delivery person wasn't back yet and probably wouldn't be back for a while.I was able to get a hold of the owners daughter with the number provided to me and she delivered almost at the end of my mother's shift.She had promised a call back once the flowers were delivered and claimes she called, but I didn't have a missed call.Once I saw the flower arrangement I was dissapointed too small and not what I'm used to for the price.Not going there again!First and last time ordering there.
