Received A Potted Orchid As A Present But It Was D
Received a potted orchid as a present but it was damaged. I contacted the company and, without prompting, she immediatley offered a replacement. This arrived quickly and was an even nicer orchid than the original. Being impressed, I ordered flowers, for my wife, for our anniversary. I left the design to Macblooms and they delivered a stunning bouquet. My wife loved the flowers and they lasted for ages.
We live in Bristol and Macblooms are in Scotland but they will be our florist of choice in the future.
