Ruined Anniversary
How embarrassing for me. Was to be a surprise for my wife. Had to tell her what occurred.
Delivery promised and only received an email on our anniversary saying I have been refunded. No reason but only that it could take 10 days to get my refund of around $200.00.
Pure BS.
Kim's Florist should comp us $200.00 for their blatant unconcern and un professionalism

Don't Go Here!
Ordered flowers online from this business. They advertised same day delivery. I ordered them the evening of the 19th to be delivered on the 20th. When I checked their web site the evening of the 20th it said that my order had been cancelled. No reason given. No attempt to contact me. I called them to find out what the problem was and even though it was during their working hours they wouldn't answer the phone just said to leave a message. I left a detailed message and they have not called or emailed me with the reason for canceling my order.
Same deal with me. No anniversary flowers or chocolates showed up. How embarrassing.
