Delivered Valentine's Flowers On Feb 15th And Wond
Delivered Valentine's flowers on Feb 15th and wondered why I was upset about it. Feb 14th also happens to be my wife's birthday. Kabloom made me look like a deadbeat that had forgotten the special occasion. Flower deliveries are generally purchased with a very specific date in mind (holidays, funerals, weddings, etc.), so a nonchalant attitude about delivery punctuality is not only unacceptable, it's insulting.
A Valentines Order That Was Placed With Kabloom On
A Valentines order that was placed with Kabloom one month prior to delivery arrived on time. However, there were 2 broken rose stems and the flowers never bloomed. I emailed them my concerns, and they replied 3 days later offering a replacement order. They promised the order one week later, and it has still not arrived. I called customer service and they "noted the concern" and promised a call back. To date, the call back has never occurred. I spent $70 on flowers that looked so bad that they embarrassed me when they arrived, and there was NO customer service! This is the worst company I have ever dealt with!
UPDATE: LASTEST - The Kabloom Customer Care voice mailbox is full at their corporate office. I e-mailed their president and customer care a week ago - still no response. Now I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in MA.
I Ordered Flowers For Delivery On Valentine's Day,
I ordered flowers for delivery on Valentine's Day, 2006. The flowers did not arrive, not even as of COB February 16.
I tried to call Kabloom several times, but ended up on hold for over 15 minutes each time. Because of the nature of my work, I cannot stay on the phone for such extended periods of time. On February 16, my girlfriend, for whom the flowers were intended, called Kabloom customer service for me in order to cancel the order and request a refund.
