I ordered flowers from Just Freesias to be delivered to my wife while I was away. When they weren't delivered, I asked why. They told me that the address I had given them had not tallied with their records of Post Office addresses. I confirmed that the address was correct (I know my own address, which the Post Office use!). I was offered another delivery. My nomination of a date was ignored. I then understood that no delivery had ever been attempted. I asked for my money back. That was refused, because, they said, 'a delivery had already taken place'.

I corresponded politely for about 10 emails, asking at least twice for a refund. They did not have the courtesy or recognise their obligations under consumer credit law to do this simple thing for me.

This company is not registered in Guernsey as a registered company, and no details of the ownership, or company number, are given on their website.

I would strongly advise everyone to be careful before they do business with this company.

I ordered a bouquet of freesias for Mother's day both for my mum and sister in law. I could not believe it when my mother sent me photos of four full vases of freesias - they made her cry they were so beautiful. Just Freesias is a fantastic company and I shall only be using them for flower orders going forward - please use them you will not be disappointed

Brilliant service, 150 freesias well packed and fresh arrived the next day 8am with her birthday card in the post. Very good value and as freesias are her favorite flower she was delighted. It is always a worry when sending flowers to know if they are good but these were top class, I will use this service again and would recommend it to anyone. They do lots of other types of flowers but Guernsey freesias are a winner. Many thanks.
