Do Not Order- Not Delivered & Irresponsible Customer Service

I had a horrible experience with India florist network.com. I ordered a day before through followed by a phone call to confirm my order. I was assured of delivering the cake and flowers on the next day. However, I received a message in the evening of my wife's birthday that my order cannot be delivered in hand. Instead asked to choose other non perishable items which can be delivered in 3 to 5 working days. Common man..my day was ruined. Not even a phone call...neither they made a genuine attempt to deliver the cake. Upon contacting the customer service executive, I was requested to cancel my order for refund. Damn...after all its not just about money...!imagine the terrible feeling my wife and i endured.

I would strongly recommend against indiaflorist. Please do not believe their words on the website. For them its just another order...

Don't Order From This Site

i have order one cake and 5 pcs of home made chocolates on 7th january 2016.They mentioned that we have same day delivery but they told me that we will deliver your order tomorrow.so i have cancelled my order but they deliver my order after i canceled my order.ther are irresponsible people.please don't order from this site

Poor Service

I am so unhappy with the way they handled my order. I sent a gift for my father on his birthday - 1 kg pistachios, 1 kg walnuts, and 2 kg fruits.

The order delivered 750g pistachios, 750g walnuts, and 2kg fruits in poly bags. They decreased the quantity and there was no packaging/ gift-wrap at all. They charged me 65$ for this bad service.

I knew that I am paying extra for the gift, but the delivery was so poor that I could not even imagine. I am never going to use this site again and would let all my friends know. A VERY POOR SERVICE that is what they are.

Please do not order anything from indianfloristnetwork.com.. they got the payment and then asked for extra charge of 180 rs.. eve after extracharge they did not deliver the cake.. please dont use it

Worst Service

This is the worst "online gifts" website I have ever seen. I have ordered for a birthday cake. Though the payment was successful, I didn't receive any confirmation message in my email id and even in my mobile.

When I tried to call the customer care, always they put us on hold..

There is no way to track the order status also.

I have ordered for birthday cakes/flowers/gifts in many other websites..And the service was too good.

This time I wanted to send a birthday cake to a small town. Only this website showed that town name where I wanted to send the cake. Thats the only reason I have chosen this website to order the cake.

But no update about the order status.

I will never suggest this website to anyone.

Pathetic Service

Below is as extract from the mail I wrote out of disappointment. Its is enough to tell how poor the service is.

:This is to inform you sir/madam that your service is extremely poor and pathetic. I had ordered for a bouquet and greeting to be delivered on Saturday 15th June 2013. But unfortunately its Monday 17th June but my order is lying somewhere in your junk house. I was even asked to pay an EXTRA PAYMENT which I did so in less than an hours time. But again coming to think of it, it was just to prove to me that you have a corrupt organization which is filled with useless dolts. I have sent more than 50 emails asking for the status of my order and all the answers I got were that it is in process of being delivered. Dont know whether an order was being delivered or a hippos kid which is taking you MORE THAN 2 days. Your CC executives who are phone are absolutely disgusting as they hang up on their customers without an answer. Incase you are investing on them, I am sorry you might just buy toilet papers instead for the whole of your city. I would definitely want someone from senior mgmt to look at this mail so that i ensure you that I shall make a point to make my voice on the all the possible forums so that they are not cheated by your run-of-the mill shit-like organization which not only fails in delivering the services but also has no consideration towards its customers. i do not know if my order gets delivered at all or know. If it does not, please refund my cash just that I do not blame your organization as a fraud, thereby opening gates for me to seek a legal opinion on this matter. Thanks!
