Extremely disappointed with HonestFlorist. Sent my boyfriend's mother a basket of sunflowers. When I had not received a call from her to even acknowledge them I got to worrying. I called the number and the gentleman on the phone could not even find my order! I had been charged and given a confirmation number yet he was unable to locate any record.

I got an e-mail later from them saying that the reason they were not delivered was because the local florists flowers were not up to their standard. PSHH, if that's that case why didn't they call me to let me know? And why was my order lost? HonestFlorist, my ass.

Anyways, I complained back in the email and asked for an upgrade or a refund with a negative review on yelp and they chose the latter. So here ya go HonestFlorist! Will make sure none of my family or friends never do business with you!

SCAM!! Ordered flowers for mothers day, they looked nothing like what i had ordered...they looked absolutely disgusting, they looked as if they were picked out of a scrub! Customer service is absolutely appalling, they might as well of said "not my problem anymore" - they were very rude. SO i sent them another email with pictures attached and no reply! This place is a scam, please don't ever use dishonest florist!! you will be highly disappointed.

Ordered mothers day flowers, picture on website wonderful. Flowers received were nothing even close to what was ordered, poor quality and poor display. This is the first and last time what HonestFlorist will be used by me. Very disappointed. Still waiting to here back from customer service, they are to review picture of actual flowers received and contact me back. I am not holding my breath though!!!!!!

My office staff and I ordered Sympathy Flowers for a funeral. When we arrived at the funeral home the flowers were already there, and they looked completely horrible. We paid the highest amount and we asked the person on the phone what more would that include. She told us it would include more flowers. Include more flowers my foot the thing looked horrible, there was no extra flowers added, the thing looked days old. ($200.00 flowers that didn't look like they were worth $40.00.) We will never order from this website ever again. The sad thing is on the website the flowers looked beautiful. I usually read reviews on places before I place an order, Im kicking myself for not doing that with this website. I do not recommend this website to anyone.

I was very weary about this site after reading the reviews. However, I placed the order Wednesday night and Thursday my mom recieved her flowers and loved them. I'd refer a friend.

Flowers never arrived! They charged me twice on my credit card!

NON RECOMMENDABLE NEVER AGAIN

Not worth the money, customer service can easily and promptly charge your credit card but ask a simple question in delivery instruction and hope for the best.

1. This place says in about 10 different places on the website that there is free shipping. Then, at the very last moment when you place your order -- they charge you a $14.99 "handling fee". Very easy to not notice.

2. They offer free "expedited shipping", but if you read the fine print, it is actually exactly the same as regular shipping!! There is no guarantee of delivery time and nothing special about this.

3. The prices are misleading, because the basic price for any bouquet (if you read the fine print) is for them to make an effort to kind-of sort-of match the picture. You have to pay about 40% more to actually get what's pictured.

Avoid this place!
