I would like to say thank you for the next day delivery of a wreath I ordered for my uncle's funeral in Canada. The family were very impressed by the outstanding quality of the flowers and the arrangement. I would also like to commend the member of staff who contacted several times to verify my order and also to let me know that the a particular flower was not available and it would be substituted. This is the first time I have felt obliged to review a service. I would recommend the service and would use them again.

Flowers ordered online to be delivered to Norway. No delivery took place and I was not notified, only until I made contact with the recipient. Unable to get proper explanation from Flowers4, including the manager. I called up a few times and was promised of returning my calls did not materialise only with my persistence that the manager phoned me and very defensive.

I was promised a full refund in October 15, 2012 and until now no sign of refund. Took the case with the credit card company and this is currently being pursued.I will not recommend this company for their lack of customer service and evasiveness.Not worth the hassle.

Just awful. I placed and order for Brazilian Valentines Day flowers to be sent to my Fiance. Nothing arrived and two weeks later they still haven't refunded me or delivered the flowers. They are either deliberately stealing or just do not care.

Totally useless, stay away! Please! You will regret using them!

I went on the my search engine and typed in internet florist as I wanted to find a florist near to where my best friends lived and flowers4 came up. I clicked on the website and saw that I could sent same day flowers before 2pm. (I was very pleased about as Id just remembered it was her birthday at about 12.20!) I ordered a mixed hand tied in peach and yellows for £25.00 but left the choice up to them. Later that day about 3.15 I received a call from my best friend who was very excited to receive her flowers and told me what they were like. They included roses lily's gerbras some sort of palm leaves and gift wrapped lovely. I was very very impressed with the value, the sound of the presentation and the speed of the delivery. Thank you very much flowers4! I will most defiantly be using you again for my parents anniversary.

This is the second time I have used Flowers4, this time for flowers to my Wife for Valentines day.

My wife was very pleased with the flowers.

I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, and have recommended them to several friends.

I've used flowers 4 a couple of times now and both times i was very happy with the customer service they showed it made me feel at ease when ordering as i don't no that much about flowers. So they advised me on what flowers to pick for each occasion. Although i have not personally seen the flowers as they were delivery elsewhere in the UK my parents that received them said they looked stunning i would highly recommend them and will use them again myself.

I ordered flowers for same day deliverry and they were delivered within 3 hours of me ordering i didnt expect it to be so quick and my girlfriend was delighted excelent value for money and great service on the phone definatly will use again

I ordered some flowers for my Mother. She called me the next day to thank me for them, and to say how lovely they were. From the way she described them it was certainly value for money. I am more than happy to recommend Flowers4 to my friends.

I rang flowers4 for flowers to be delivered to my best friend who just a baby girl, their web site said same day delivery by 2o'clock. I was looking for same day, the member of staf f who took my call popped me on hold and rang the florist to see if same day could be done...... My flowers where delivered 2 hours later. I live so far away, they made my day.

The flowers were sent by my sister in law from Italy when my daughter had a baby recently. They cost 70 Euros. The quality was very poor-the roses drooped after 4 days. I emailed the firm 2 times about this and have not received a reply.
