Do not get flowers from here!!

Last week I ordered some flowers for a friend who lives two hours away from in Worcester. I wrote a note to go with it, all on the internet. I then paid the money. All nice and strait forward. That’s where it ended.

The flowers arrived two hours after they were supposed to but I can accept that. The flowers were good. The note with the flowers was spelt unfortunately by someone who... well can't spell and as I find that difficult myself I can sympathise. Unfortunately It is NOT acceptable however with important messages. It was terrible.

When I rang to complain (I don't ever do this normally but this is crazy) the manager said he would give me a full refund but never offered me an apology!

Then a week later I phoned again and asked how close he was to getting the refund to me. He said and I quote
