Ordered flowers from them for Mother's Day.

This was the first time I could not get flowers to my Mother in person. I looked for an online company that did a good deal, but could also fulfil the order, within 2 or 3 days.

Bonus (it seemed) that put this company above others, was that they would also deliver a *free box of chocolates*.

My mother *did* receive some DEAD flowers (late) the day after Mother's day, from me - her son, who had to go to hospital at short notice. **No chocolates either**.

I tried telephoning, emailing (several times). Was passed from pillar to post on the 'phone, with the phone call 'conveniently' getting cut-off. When emailing, I was told that the order would be 'made good'. It *never was*.

My Mother died 6 months later. I wish I had never clicked on this company's website (SO much). What a mistake.

I have done some homework on "Kenny Crouch" aka "Kenny CROUNCH". Have a look on Google. You will find a series of different names for different online florists that *allegedly* will deliver an order for you, certainly take your money, but either not fulfil the order at all, or just fail miserably in one way or another. He just sets up another company name after a while.

I have used this company repeatedly for over a year and have never been disappointed. The flowers are always beautiful and often last a long time. The balloons are also excellent. I have never had a bad experience.

Staff are helpful - generally I don't need any interaction as ordered online but on one occasion the address I put in couldn't be found and they called me to clarify details.

The prices are unbeatable, especially considering the quality of the product.

The website could be improved as it's very basic, but I've managed to work my way around it.

I am told that the flowers were lovely and of a good quality.

My only problem with the site is that it allows you to select delivery dates that are not available. It allowed me to select a delivery for Sat but when I had gone through it all I then discovered on the T&Cs that the date was not available. It arriived on time based on the T&C information but it was not the date I had selected. If a delivery date is not possible then you not be able to select that date. Other sites block out dates that can not be offered. By the time I realised this I had already gone through to buy them.

I have gone back to the site to add my own review and although it shows good review from other people it will not allow me to add a review of my own.

I wish I had seen these reviews prior to placing my own order.

I placed an order with Flowers for All Occasions on website www.flowers-for-all-occasions.co.uk and payment was taken within 48 hours.

The flowers and chocolates never arrived. Furthermore, no delivery status emails were ever issued. To date I have received two responses to written requests asking, firstly for an update, and secondly for a refund. The two responses I received were mere one liners (with no greeting or apology) advising that I call an 0800 number.

It seems that I must now take this further in order to gain a refund.

I do not recommend this website.

Do not use this site - they will take your money and deliver poor quality flowers that do not look anything like in the web site!

Total sham website - that cons people with the promise of reasonably priced quality flowers on time!

If this company was a horse then I would be getting the gun out!

I ordered flowers for my mum on mothers day and it arrived a day earlier. The quality of the flowers were quite poor and just not worth the money. A free box of chocolates was on offer which never arrived. No answer on the customer services telephone number. I tried to email them several times and finally received a mail requesting me to ring them. When I did, they apologised and said that they will send the box of chocolates straight away - still not received it!!! Very poor communications, do not stick to their word and poor quality - WOULD NEVER USE AGAIN AND DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE!!!

I searched desperately to find a company that would deliver flowers on a Bank Holiday for an anniversary and Flowers-for-all-occasions offered delivery on that date. However, after reading countless reviews of this company, I should not be disappointed by the fact that the flowers have not arrived - even 2 days after the event. Clearly making a promise to deliver and actually doing so mean two different things to this company. The Customer Service number just rings out and the web site is down. Do not use this company - they will take your money and fail to deliver as promised.

Absolutely appalling. Flowers never delivered. No response to emails from Customer Service and no reply when phoning them. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE.

Ordered Mothers Day bouquet (2011) for delivery the day before (to ensure arrival in time!). Checked and double checked the details that I inputted (all correct). Delivery was made to an unknown address (part of mine, part of my mothers?). Bouquet was held at the post office until I collected it (only because my post man knew me), I was then charged for it. Up until this point I had emailed the company three times - no response whatsoever. Called the company, finally got through after trying for over an hour... yes we will refund you the delivery charge! Yes thats right, only £4.95... after arguing with them that I didn't want another bouquet to be sent out did they agreed to refund the money. Had to then call again 4 days later to chase up the refund, again arguing with them, I now can report that I have finally received a full refund. Please NEVER, NEVER, NEVER use this company.

i ordered 2 bouquets for mothers day and paid the extra for delivery on that day. i ordered the spring yellows bouquets. my mother in law received her bouquet 3 days prior to mothers day - there was not one single yellow flower and there were about 10 stem - half of which were dead or brown. the message had been printed off my order email and had been stuck on a card with celetape. my mom has yet to receive hers at all. when i phoned up, the staff were rude and dismisive and made me feel like i was the one in the wrong. this company should be reported! i am telling as many people as i can about this company. despite negative reviews being written on their site, they have 'disappeared' over night! terrible company - BE WARNED!!!DO NOT USE 'FLOWERS FOR ALL OCCASIONS'
