Flowers For All Occasions UK- Pre March 2009

I ordered a bunch of flowers for the love of my life on a Monday morning with same day delivery. This was incredibly important as she left on a flight to Australia early the next morning. No delivery! Nothing!! She flew out to Australia none the wiser. I couldn't believe it!

First thing I did when I found out was to phone them to ask WHY? I was given some explanation that their computers had gone down the day before and they were extremely sorry. They agreed to repay the full amount. That was several months ago now. And still nothing!

Flowers For All Occasions UK delivered late, only half delivery received. When asked why, they said an attempt had been made yesterday but no one was in (I was at home though all day) they then said we will refund you the difference. The member of staff wouldn't let me speak and put me on hold several times, passed me from person to person, then put on hold again. I found customer services is very poor and I would NEVER recommend this company, very disappointed!

I ordered flowers from Flowers For All Occasions for same day delivery in the morning before 11am (as I asked for same day delivery). The flowers were received 2 days after!!! On top of that, the message added to the flowers was scribbled at the back of a VIKING card.

The picture of the flowers showed a lovely bouquet presented in a vase. At the end, she received them in a flat box.
