This was a last-minute order with a last-minute name change by me and it was handled very professionally and delivered ahead of schedule. Bravo!!! Excellent service!! They delivered beautiful flowers and at very reasonable price. I will recommend this website to all friends! Many thanks

Flowers24hours A Disgrace To Decent Florists Everywhere
My commplaint is the same at the negative ones below and follows a very similar story. Fantastic site draws you in with amazing images at premium prices. Company under the cloak of their Ts&Cs which state "they can substitute flowers if not in stock", actually mean they WILL substitute flowers to half the value you pay, that the flowers will be old stock, so they gain even more profit and will be arranged by unskilled workers (would love to call them florists but that would be an insult to all of the real florists out there)so your bouquet looks like a haystack. They acted with contempt when I complained and after initially being offered a box of chocolates as compensation was then offered £15 plus 20% off my next order then after further complaints £21 plus 20% off my next order. Now they have gone quiet and not responded. I want my hard earned money back £51! If you are reading this, lovely owner of Flowers24hours and you have a shred of decency and a will to build a good customer base GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!

Poor Flowers & Poor Customer Service,
Delivery had to be chased to ensure it was delivered and arrived at 8pm or after, the flowers had no water left in bouquet and were withering. Some flowers didn't open one week on. No response from staff, when we rang they requested pictures and still no response one week on. rubbish bouquet. No value for money and no customer service. Don't waste money ordering from them.

Customer service team took my order despite me phoning after closing time, in an incredibly helpful and cheerful manner which was much appreciated as I had previously rung my local florist in Wilmslow who had not been quite so willing to put themselves out! She assisted in my choice of bouquet with which, may I say, my sister was absolutely thrilled to bits! She could't stop raving about how gorgeous it was! A slight change to the delivery details which I made by email as She had left for the day was picked up and auctioned quickly and efficiently and delivery was made exactly as per instructions. Thank you so much for making this happen so my sister had flowers on her birthday and despite the lateness of order. I would use Flowers24Hours again with absolutely no hesitation and also recommend you to my friends. Congratulations on a job well done - it's so lovely to be able to give unreserved praise for a change. Too often these days, it is impossible to find such great customer service.

Flowers look nothing like photos and they look like they have withered. Extremely overpriced. Forced the receiver to pay 5 pounds for a second delivery attempt. Overall terrible experience
the exact same thing happened to me. I have lodged a complaint with Trading Standards through the CAB. Also lodge a complaint with the Advertising Standards. All easily done through their internet. This company have utter contempt for their clients

Horrible Staff Horrible Service-shut This Place Down!
Ordered fresh flowers and received dead ones. Complained and didnt hear anything back , kept emailing and phoning .. spoke to two members of staff who were very rude and didnt care one bit what the problem was etc and as expected nothing was done about it. It was an embarrassing situation as the flowers were for my mother in law. Still im waiting for a reply from the management. This place is a nasty place for flowers

Valentines Day Flowers Arrived One Day Too Late!!
My partner paid premium Valentines Day prices for a same day delivery, but the flowers arrived ONE DAY TOO LATE!! I called Flowers24Hours customer services throughout the day for an estimated delivery time - first I was told sometime early afternoon, then in late afternoon I was told they were still making deliveries to City office addresses, and would be with us early evening. I even stayed at home to make sure I did not miss the flower delivery. Still no delivery by 9pm, so my partner bought me a bouquet from a street vendor instead. The flowers turned up with a sheepish delivery man the morning after, who apologised and said to get in touch with customer services for a refund. Customer services however say the delivery man attempted delivery late on Valentines evening (which I do not believe as we were having dinner in and nobody rang the doorbell) and refused even a partial refund. Also the flowers must have been in some stuffy van overnight as they'd already wilted by the time I received them. If you are going to pay premium prices for same day flower delivery, use another company instead!!

I ordered a beautiful arrangement for a friends birthday from this site.
The flowers she received bore little resemblance to the ones I had ordered. What arrived was a very ordinary bouquet and not the beautiful arrangement displayed on the website.
Customer services informed me that it clearly states that flowers may be changed if unavailable. In fact these were very similar to all the flower types in the original image just not in the same display as promised!
They refused to redeliver the arrangement I had ordered and subsequent emails and calls have remained unanswered.
I shall stick to the big chains in future...
Their small print is irrelevant really as at the end of the the the Consumer Rights Act of 2015 states that goods must be of merchantable quality and last a reasonable amount of time. From the sound of it your bouquet was neither of these things. Lodge a complaint with Trading Standards and also the Advertising Standards authority.

The Most Appalling Service
I called from California to order a large bouquet of Hawaiian flowers to be delivered to friends in London. I was told that the flowers were in stock and to expect an email confirmation of delivery. When no email arrived, I enquired and was told that the flowers had been delivered. My friends had received no flowers, so I enquired again. I was told that the flowers had been delivered to the wrong address to "a little old lady who didn't have much English". I was astonished at the suggestion that my friends should go to this wrong address to claim their flowers back from the little old lady. The company refused to correct matters, claiming that the flowers had been ordered specially for me (they had not) and that "these were expensive flowers that will not be available again for some time in the future". I cancelled my credit card payment and will have nothing more to do with this truly terrible company.

Very Disappointed!!!
I bought a bunch of purple beautiful flowers, and the ones delivered were pink, I wouldn't complain about this, as flowers differ depend of the season, but the picture in the website had more than 20 beautiful big flowers, and the one delivered had 2 flowers and 4 tiny ones, all you see is a green plant with no flowers, Next time I rather go myself to find the flowers to the shop, I can find a better bunch of flowers in Sainsbury's for £2.50 and get a delivery person for £20, instead of the £40 that I have thrown away. The delivery was good, they toke 3 hours only.
This seems to be following a terrible pattern. This company clearly advertising amazing arrangements to draw clients in then send exactly what they want that will give them the most profit. Report them to Trading Standards and the Advertising Standards Authoritiy.
