I Ordered Flowers On 3rd December For Delivery On

I ordered flowers on 3rd December for delivery on 9th. Payment was taken from my card immediately.

On the day, the order showed as 'pending' on the website. I called customer services who were unable to find my order by number or by postcode. They then said they would refer the issue to 'customer services' as it turned out that they were only a message taking front-end. Eventually, I got a call back saying that the flowers would be delivered the following week - which was obviously unacceptable, but the person from Flowe(RED) didn't seem to understand.

I won't go into detail, but the whole experience left a very bad taste and I did not get the flowers. I only got the refund agreed when I went via my credit card company.

If you want flowers for a certain date, avoid these people like the plague.
