These people used to be very good. Used them exclusively. it's been about 8 months.

Ordered flowers.

Not delivered.

Called cutomer service line, in queue for over 20 minutes.

"... will be with you shortly".

Emailed them. Nothing so far.

Checked reviews on web. Nothing for over a year.

I think they are dead.

Now to pursue via PayPal.

I was amazed at how quickly my flowers were delivered. I had ordered 50 long stemmed, red roses from florela,online Not only were they delivered the very next morning, they were absolutely beautiful and were exactly how I wanted it to be.The flowers lasted me almost a month and a half. That was the longest I ever had a bouquet. The one thing that I would add to any customer wanting to order from florela is that when they do first arrive, they arrive before they have reached full bloom.

I was very glad to send flowers to my wife, who was on the business trip at London. It was biggest surprise - 12 fantastic roses was delivered in her room. I think, i will make it regular when she was far away from home. It amazing!

This is the third time I have used Florela over the years and the roses I bought for my wife this Valentines arrived on time, were beautifully presented and I was told people were taking photos as those were send to my wife's workplace.

What else could I ask for?

I ordered roses for my wife on our first valentines day as a married couple, the order was "lost" as they were having difficulty with the courier, however I wasn`t informed of possible issues but had to contact them when the flowers didn`t arrive, at which time it was too late to get any kind of replacements, ruined the whole day please do not use.

I've used Florela three times now, awesome service every time,amazing colours.Same flowers that I saw on the website actually turned up.The recipients have always been thrilled.Thank You Florela.

I ordered from Florella based on all the great reviews on this website. I ordered a £40 bouquet to be send to someone dear to me and chose a specific day when I had checked that she would definitely be in to receive the bouquet. Not only did Florella not deliver it on the correct day but they also delivered a completely different bouquet to the one I had ordered. When I queried this they said that they had run out of flowers for the bouquet I had originally ordered and replaced them with flowers they actually had in (in that case, let me know beforehand so that I can cancel or approve the order!!!) and had nothing to say about why they delivered on a completely different day to the one I actually requested. I don't think I'd use them again to be honest. Why bother having an option to select a bouquet and choose the day when they are just going to send whatever they have in stock without consulting the person ordering and send the bouquet whenever they feel like it. The bouquet that arrived was beautiful but it was not the one I ordered or wanted.

The website was easy to navigate, several pictures of flowers were available which made it easier to choose. My mum was very happy with the flowers. They arrived on time and in a great condition. They also lasted well. I will be using Florela again. Thank you!

I really recommend florela for being the best online florist. My girlfriend really likes the flowers and the delivery is on time that on the peak of our emotions, the flowers just arrived. I will never forget that day and no words can express how very lucky I am now, for a long quarrel, me and my girlfriend are now back to be the sweetest lovers on earth.;-) Thanks to florela

I have used Florela on many occasions and think that their great service is backed up with great products. I will definately be using Florela again in the near future.
