I have ordered fruit cake from flora, they delivered old melted cake. And when I call their customer care they asked me to drop mail. I wrote mail along with picture. But I have not received any reply from them. Even their customer care is worst. They never pick up my phone call. I would say there can be big health issue, so please don't eat anything from flora.
