Beware Unethical Bait & Switch, Ongoing $ 9.99 Monthly Charg
Bait and switch, "have a blessed day" hippocrates, unethical practice, warning ongoing $ 9. 99 monthly charge to your credit card for their blooms reward program. If you order online, their blooms reward program is pre-populated and when you place your order your price jumps $9. 99. I read carefully and saw that i would be charged $ 9. 99 per month for a program i did not sign up for. I immediately called and the girl tried to tell me the order had already gone to the florist and was being prepared. I told her i just hit the process button, and wanted no part of their "bait and switch" monthly program, cancel my order, remove me from their rewards monthly program. What they did was unethical, and should be illegal. She then told me she worked for the family owned business for ten years. I demanded an email for the cancellation with the product amount, and they better remove the $ 9. 99 reward charge and never charge my card an ongoing monthly $ 9. 99 fee. Who orders flowers monthly to benefit from a $ 9. 99 monthly charge? I did receive a cancellation for the amount of the product, but the $ 9. 99 was not on there. She assured me it would be, i'll wait till tomorrow and check my bank account. She hung up with "have a blessed day", which is a huge red flag. Yeah, very christian, right? I don't think so!

Don't call them to try and confirm delivery. You will get a song and dance basically telling you to confirm your own delivery and they have done their job by saying "your flowers went out for delivery". I needed to confirm my delivery not that the florist had it on their truck. Customer service needs some serious training on how to treat a customer. I was also told that all of the managers we busy and someone would call me back and no one did besides never receiving a confirmation of delivery e-mail as I requested at my time of order.
This was my first and last experience with them. I am telling everybody that will listen about my experience.

Did Not Provide Service Paid For.
Called 3-15-15 for flowers for a funeral out of state. They said they would deliver them by 10 am, Monday 3-16-15. We received a message they were unable to deliver the flowers on time and wanted us to give them a family members address instead. The family was in grieving and didn't need the bother. We they were told to cancel the order they were angry with me that I refused to give them a family members address. Really?

Called Last Minute--we Can't Deliver Your Order As Promised
I ordered in advance yet Blooms Today waited until close of business the next day to call and say "We can't deliver your order". This was so disappointing, as the day of delivery (like so many flower occasions) was critically important. I learned my lesson--never again Blooms Today.

Beautiful Flower Arrangement
I ordered get well flowers for my sister-in-law. They were supposed to be delivered on a Saturday but she wasn't home so a tag was left on the door. She made arrangements to have them redelivered on Monday. The arrangement was large, fresh and beautiful. I had called customer service on Monday morning to confirm delivery and they were extremely helpful and pleasant. Bloomstoday used a reputable florist in her area. One that has been in business for over fifty years. I would definitly use them again and recommend them.

These people are a JOKE!!! They do not know anything about customer service!!!! I placed my order with them, payed an extra fee for a delivery by 12PM option! the lady calls me at 11:15 to let me know they cannot meet the 12PM time, nor can they even meet 1PM. The recipient was leaving work early today for her birthday so I had to get a refund! Now it will take 5-6 business days to receive the DAMN refund! but they were quick to charge for a service they did not provide! NEVER AGAIN! and why would you wait for the last minuite to call and say you cannot meet the time, I could have ordered with someone else who could have proided the service! BLOOMSTODAY! YOU F'N SUCK, I HATE YOU WITH A PASSION!!!! HOPE YOU GO OUT OF BUSINESS YOU DONT DESERVE TO HAVE A BUSINESS!!! IDIOTS!"
Flowers Order Told By Them They Could Get & Could Deliver
BEWARE OF THIS ORGANIZATION! They make availability and delivery promises that they can't keep! Flowers were ordered 2 days prior to Mother's Day (5/10/2013). They said that they could fill the order and deliver on 5/11/2013. Got a phone call from them about 6:00 PM (5/11/2013) saying that the order could not be filled. Very poor business practice! Don't promise what you don't have or can't get!

What A Joke! Beware!!!!
So i place my order on Friday before Mother's Day to be delivered on Saturday. I spend almost $50 on this order and Saturday comes and goes, no flowers. I check with neighbors to see if they were left with them because maybe my Mom wasn't there when they delivered them. Nope, and no note left on the door or anything. So I call the "customer service" number on the website only to get a recording that all orders are being processed and I cannot speak to anyone until Monday morning. Um, Mother's Day is on SUNDAY! What florist doesn't have customer service on one of the busiest flower delivery weekends?! So Sunday, I stop by and there is a cheap, crappy little bouquet sitting on my moms porch. It is not wrapped, nothing that says what florist they came from, and the card is hand written from people I don't know. So obviously they were someone else's flowers. I call Monday morning and they said they delivered them on Sunday and I tell them i saw that. Only I ordered them for Saturday, they were someone elses flowers, and mine were never delivered. The girls did tell me she would put a refund on my card. I would've thought they would've offered something free or a credit or something being that my Mother did not get her flowers on Mother's Day! But whatever. Damage is done. Lesson learned. I will never order from this company again. I had a coupon from the Entertainment Book and that's I picked them. I wish I would've read the reviews first before I ordered from this place. I am so annoyed. Save yourself the time and money and order from FTD.com, or anywhere else!
