Rubbish Company, Would Have Given Them 0 Stars If

Rubbish company, would have given them 0 stars if possible. Ordered some flowers for my mum and they arrived late and looked nothing like they did no the website.. no lillies, just a few cheap looking chrysanthemums. definitely not worth the money i paid. sent a complaint via their website and still no repsonse. and no-one ever answers their 'helpline.'Absolutely rubbish DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Rubbish Company Ignore The Stars - They're Mandato

RUBBISH COMPANY Ignore the stars - they're mandatory but in actual fact, I would say a Zero rating would be too generous ... I received flowers from BloomingBritain this morning - 3 days late and almost dead! I've tried without success to contact them, the number is a mobile one that doesn't get answered. Not surprisingly, no response to my requests to call back.

DO NOT use this company if you wish to receive value for money, your flowers in good condition (& as ordered) and delivered on time.

Before purchasing anything online, check for reviews!!

What A Joke Of A Company! Warning: This Compa

WHAT A JOKE OF A COMPANY!

WARNING: THIS COMPANY ARE OPERATING UNDER 4 DIFFERENT NAMES CHECK THE POSTCODES THERE ALL THE SAME! BLOOMING BRITAIN, FLOWER FOR ALL OCCASIONS, THE FLOWER PEOPLE LIMITED, SCARLETT FLOWERS AND PROBABLY MORE. I am outraged how this company can still be operating! The patronising silly woman on the other side of the phone is more than one can put up with after the company already having messed up your order. I ordered birthday flowers which actually came a whole month early which obviously spoilt the whole surprise! BUT not only did they come early the flowers were battered petals all fallen of as they deliver them in a BOX! which they dont state on the website. Also the teddy said good luck on it have no idea why! Everything came in a brown box had no idea the presentation was going to be so damn poor. I rang up to complain the girl on the phone is a complete joke and has to be sacked.

Something has to be done! Trading Standards should not allow a company to operate that does not deliver what they claim to be providing!

Extremely angry we all must take this furthur to shut this company down once and for all!

Cant complain as everytime I have ordered them for people they have been great. Always arrived on time. Flowers lasted well, good value for money. did what I asked them too. no problems with this company whats so ever!

I Ordered Flowers For Mothers Day... They Arrived

I ordered flowers for mothers day... they arrived 3 days later. in my mothers words they were awful and she had to throw them away as they did not live that long. i also paid for a box of chocolates to be delivered with them and they did not arrive...

so disappointed and let down.

back to the flower shop I guess to make it up to mum as I have not yet as far as I know had any apology. i have sent 2 emails. one returned!!

I Ordered A Large Bunch Of White Roses To Be Deliv

I ordered a large bunch of white roses to be delivered for Mothers day, they were eventually delivered 3 days and 3 emails later. The flowers when they arrived were mixed colours and mixed types, all were completely open and looked like they had been in dirty water for days. I have still had no response or apology and would strongly urge you not to use them.

I Ordered Flowers For My Valentines, Dozen Red Ro

I ordered flowers for my valentines, dozen red roses and balloons from Blooming Britain. After the order was made I received confirmation via email instantly with delivery date of 14/02.

The flowers were not delivered on the 14, after I tried numerous times to call, either getting no answer or a busy dial tone. I tried again the following day - again could not get through to anyone. Eventually the flowers were delivered on the 15 - a day late, not the order placed but pink flowers instead of red roses, no balloons and no note! and to make it even worse - the flowers that were delivered were half dead!

A wasted '£42.94!

It was a terrible customer experience and they showed no willingness to sort it out. I have now instructed my credit card company to enter the dispute process, and I will be pursuing a full refund from Blooming Britain.

Flowers 3 days late, and the flowers were dead. The card was a roughly cut out sticky label.

Blooming Britain's customer service is appalling. I would not recommend them to anyone.
