I Ordered Flowers For A Funeral. I Placed The Orde

I ordered flowers for a funeral. I placed the order online, but I didn't get a receipt or email. I called their number, the next day, and it just rang out. My bank stated there was an error. The charge appeared on my credit card after I ordered flowers from somewhere else the next day, as I couldn't verify my order with Bloomex.  It immediately states that your order number is incorrect.

Flowers Looked Like They Came Out Of A Rubbish Bin

i paid $90 for flowers that looked like they came out of a rubbish bin and they didnt send what i orded basically they ripped me off do not order flowers through this company

Very Poor Service

Placed an online order for a bouquet of flowers that were never delivered. Bloomex offered no apology only a credit and refuse to refund. They are blaming the logistics company that have no record of the parcel.

Terrible Service

Flowers were not delivered on time despite them having two days notice of the order. My emails regarding the status of the delivery went unanswered. I was not informed when the flowers were eventually delivered and only knew they had been delivered when the recipient sent me a thank you email.

Did you know Bloomex has been investigated by the ACCC and taken to court due to their garbage service? They've also been awarded a "SHONKY" by CHOICE magazine in 2022. For good reason.

This company is a toilet. Similar story to most others here:

1. Paid for same day service.

2. Not delivered, but did receive a phone call explaining delivery will be the following day. Understandable, even though booked well before cutoff time. Advised by Bloomex they will waive the same day delivery fee. Nice.

3. Next day no delivery & no contact from Bloomex.

4. Rang Bloomex only to be told delivery would not be taking place until the following Tuesday and immediately blamed their courier. That means six (6!) days late! Bloomex then offered an upsized arrangement, a better vase, chocolates & a teddy bear. Lovely!

5. Something arrived Tuesday that was NOT upsized, had NONE of the extras and looked like they were bought at Colesworths.

I've asked for a full refund, have told my bank to back charge the entire cost, and written to the ACCC. These clowns should not be allowed to trade in Australia. They are a Canadian company and have the same reputation overseas. They call themselves "Australia's National Florist."

They're a joke.

Stay Away From Bloomex

My daughter was getting married, so the grooms mother and I decided to send a beautiful bouquet of flowers to the bride & groom at their wedding destination. The full cost was going to be $220 with a vase included, so it was going to be an extra large bouquet (as stated on the invoice). When we saw the bouquet, not only was it absolutely tiny, but none of the flowers that we had requested were in there, and all the names had been spelt incorrectly, even though we had spelt each name, letter by letter over the phone. Stay away from this company, or you will waste your money. We have been burnt and are trying to stop you from having the same plight come upon you. PLEASE shop elsewhere!!!

Run Away As Fast As You Can

After using Bloomex for nearly 10 years as a corporate customer I am out. I will be proceeding to consumer affairs after deceptive and misleading conduct - ordered 3 bouquets to go to different teams in different locations to be told the next day it can't be delivered even though ordered the night before and they promote same day delivery on orders placed before 1pm and I had received an email at 10:30 to say one order was in transit. We negotiated an upgrade on the flowers to compensate for the inconvenience and negotiated all three orders to be delivered the next day staff were in the office on mass. On Sunday night at 1:01 hours I received an email saying that the order that was in transit is now on hold until further notice. I responded to this email Monday morning at 8:07 saying I didn't know what the issue was and it needed to be delivered today. Today just before lunch I checked the account to see that one order was under supervisor review. I jumped onto live chat to be told that I hadn't responded to their email, despite having an email to say the opposite. They turn told me that a local florist had to deliver it and wanted an extra $30 for it to be delivered. I insisted that I had paid the next day delivery price premium already (nearly 6 days beforehand) and if all orders couldn't be delivered today that all orders need to be cancelled and my corporate credit card refunded. After some pushing they agreed to escalate it to a unnamed supervisor - when I queried the name of the person I could expect to ring I was told it would depend on who is available. At 16:45 and without any phone call from anyone at Bloomex I rang their main number and it was apparent that there was no record of my previous phone call, emails or live chat. I immediately asked to speak to a manager and was told they don't have direct access to a manager and when he offered for me to speak a supervisor he soon came back to say that there wasn't one available. No management escalation process available despite it being before 5pm. I have demanded a refund on all 3 orders and now am wanting for a manager to return my call. Not only is there website and staff deceptive there is no customer service and frankly a disregard for what the customer says. If there is no escalation process in a company then they can't be serious about customer service, revenue or staff retention. Absolutely appalling service. They shouldn't be able to operate. They are too many other operators in the market and I will be doing a bit more due diligence in future.

They Should Be Investigated And Shut Down.

This was the worst "customer service" I have ever seen, bordering on illegal.My GF birthday was on the 7th. I ordered and paid for the flowers on the 2nd. A day later was told I had 2 options. Pay an extra $40 to get it sent on the day I wanted or get it the following day no extra charge. They had 5 days notice....

I was ropeable. I demanded a refund and then had to go through all types of hoops to get it. Then find somewhere else... in the end I didn't trust any florist and bought them and delivered them secretly as a surprise.

Don't EVER go with Bloomex. This must surely be illegal. Don't go through the stress and anxiety I went through. I have my order number and all details/emails for proof this happened.

People need to know this company is not about it's customers. All they want is your money, they have no interest in you afterwards. Bloomex say they care. They failed to mention that they care, but only about their bank account.

Terrible Service

Ordered flowers for my friends birthday and asked for delivery to her work by 3pm as she finishes for the day at this time.

Flowers got delivered and 4.49pm and then left outside the work premises as they had closed early for the day.

In what world does a company leave fresh flowers outside a business overnight if they have closed.

When I complained and requested a refund, I was told not possible as they flowers were delivered during business hours of 9am - 5pm.

Waste of $62.90
