I was sent the Valentines roses and chocolates (Feb 2018) as a surprise from my husband, in advance of Valentine’s Day. They arrived with all the outside petals damaged. The flowers were also incredibly small. I sent photos of this to Arena requesting a replacement. Their reply was that they are ‘guard’ petals which I should remove. I wrote back saying that on the day of delivery it was freezing outside and that the roses were frost damaged.

They will not replace the flowers. They cost almost £40 and they look worth £3. It’s a company with shocking customer service
