Horrible

I ordered a $95 bouquet of flowers for my mom for Mother's Day. Per a representative at 1st in Flowers, they were delivered at 4pm. When they were delivered, they were just left on the doorstep. No one even knocked or rang the doorbell, so my mom didn't know they were there until her neighbor saw them after 7pm and brought them to her. I left my phone number as the contact number and no one called me. So the flowers sat outside for over 3 hours. If my moms neighbor hadn't seen them and brought them to her, they would have sat outside overnight. They say they GUARANTEE their service, but when called 1st in Flowers, they made every excuse for this and wouldn't take responsibility. I will never use them again.

Will Never Use Them Again. They Divvied Out My O

WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.

They divvied out my order to Blossom Shop, Columbia, SC.

I ordered "Beautiful Whisper" for $145.

Blossom Shop didn't even try to make the arrangement I ordered, but delivered "Cheap and Trashy." They sent me a completely different arrangement that wasn't even close to what I ordered.

I then complained, and 1stinFlowers assured me Blossom Shop would replace it with what I ordered.

WRONG. They delivered something even worse. Looks like they AGAIN emptied out their cooler and delivered whatever they had left over with a dose of spite and revenge. The arrangement was absolutely horrible!!! It turned my congratulating the recipient into a major aggravation for them. $145 to aggravate the recipient!

I then complained again to 1stinFlowers and they completely ignored my email.

ADVICE: Do not use hubs like 1stinFlowers. Call a local florist. Ask them if they have the flowers and vase in their inventory to make the arrangement you want sending them a picture of it by email. Get the name of the person you talked to. That way, if they pull a stunt like they did to me, you can hold them directly accountable.

There is a REASON 1stinFlowers does not let you post pictures on its FB page. It does NOT want its customers to know they're running a bait and switch operation.

Worst Floral Experience Ever

Tried to order some flowers for a friend in Europe. The transaction went through but the next day I got an email saying that my order had been cancelled because they had some kind of issue with my identity. OF course that didn't stop them from charging my card before they cancelled it. They said they would refund the transaction so we'll see if that happens but given the other reviews I'm seeing- I am not optimistic. Worst online shopping experience I've ever had

Worst Gift Delivery Experience Ever

I tried to send flowers to my girlfriend overseas. Not only did they not complete the delivery, they didn't even try to come back. They were unreachable by phone, and my girlfriend had to track them down over the next two weeks to ask them to come back. When they finally did they were rude and abusive, and told her they felt they shouldn't have had to bring her the flowers at all.

When I wrote to complain, 1stinflowers just said sorry, but that's out of our control - here's a 1/3 refund. I hadn't read these other awful reviews before I purchased their service - I wish I had. Definitely do not do business with this company.

I had the same experience today with overseas order. Lousy service! Over $150 order purchased and no delivery! No one contacted me back so far despite my email and call. I call them lastinflowers!!

Late Delivery And Bad Costumer Service

I had scheduled for a delivery on Monday. The flowers were not delivered and only on the following day, on Tuesday, was I contacted to reschedule delivery for the following afternoon. My complaint was met with excuses and lies. They said, nobody was at home, which was not true. They said, that they left a tag on the door, which was not true. When I called the third party, to understand what was going on, she was rude on the phone, taking no responsibility and not apologizing. Very arrogant. Advice: look somewhere else if you want a reliable delivery and serious customer service.

Took Money Never Delivered No Explanation No Refund

I ordered flowers in UK for delivery in USA. Checked that flowers had been delivered and was assured they had. BUT THEY HAD NOT. Called twice and emailed twice got we will check and get back ansers to phone calls and no email answers at all.

 DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. A 1 star rating says it all

Worst Service - No Flowers

I booked to send flowers to my grandma for the next day in France. Nothing was ever sent and no explaination was given.

My money has been taken however it is impossible to get an answer on the phone.

Appalling - worst experience I've ever had ordering anything online.

1st And Last Time

I ordered flowers to be delivered the same day for a graduation party. 1stinflowers contacted me via email a day after flowers were supposed to be delivered. I would have appreciated a call the same day instead of email, so that I could have done something else for a gift. I contacted customer service and the Lady was rude. I will never use them 1st and last time.

I Love Them - Switched Once And Went Back To 1st In Flowers

I am reading these horrible reviews and just do not understand what happened. Remember, all deliveries are subject to how gre4at the florist is in the area. I have never had a problem with any flower delivery being late, not being basically what I ordered, etc. The only reason I did not rate them a 5 is because their website is a little difficult to maneuver through if you just look without signing in first.

1st In Flower, Ha! Last In Flowers

I always get the same flowers for my girlfriend, so I ordered my go to arrangement from 1st in flowers for the first time. I wish I would have checked the reviews first! I ordered roses and lilys and even paid for the "premium" which the lady told me would be just bigger, more of the same..... To my surprise I get a pic sent to me with one rose visible and some cheap *** carnations and daisys. Not the impression I was going for on our anniversary. I called customer service and after being hung up on before I could say hello 6 times I spoke with a lady that said " oh I will have to create a ticket and someone from customer service will call you back" I asked how long this would take. Her response " I don't know, I don't work in that department. Obviously they are not 1st in customer service either.
