The order was from UK to Europe and the delivery charge was charged accordingly.

Unfortunately before I could collect the package I had to pay an extra 14Euro. I contacted the company as their Terms and Conditions states that if any extra charge applicable I had the option of refusing the order.

Netherless to say the company did not respond to my emails and neither did anything to adjust the charge.

I think such behaviour goes against Consumer's Right and I will take this matter further as I strongly believe they - Personalised Face Masks.co.uk should not be behaving in such ways.

Therefore...No, I stronly advise not to use this company.

I ordered 40 DIY masks, as in you supply the artwork, they print the masks and send you the bits and instructions to assemble them yourself. Mine arrived without instructions, which they emailed me after I got in touch with them. Fine. But then I only had enough adhesive and elasticated material for half of the masks I bought from them. I don't mind that they made a mistake in the delivery but then to totally ignore my requests for what I'd pay for was really annoying, as it seriously compromised the event I bought them for. So I would not recommend this company.

Its my sons Stag night and his wife's to be 'Hen night' I am going to the Hen Do and his Dad to the 'Stag night'. We wanted to add a bit of extra fun so saw the ad for the personalised face masks and thought it would be fun. I'm not very clever with computers and concerned whether I would be able to upload the photos. Most of my photos are stored in Picasa which apparently minimizes the photos. Of course I wasn't aware of that and assumed it would be ok. The lovely young man on the other end of the phone at Prinster explained that I need to get the original photo's so that the quality of the masks wouldnt be impaired. I sent him several photos in the hope I had managed somehow to download the originals! And suprise suprise he emailed me to say I had in fact managed it! The photos were of excellent quality so I was able to go ahead with the order Phew! Just want to say a big thank you for Prinsters FANTASTIC customer service.
