Order arrived late, lady on phone had a bad attitude - said I should have had express delivery although they took 8 days to dispatch it. Items missing, apparently out of stock and I was only advised by a hand written note when the rest of the stuff arrived. I won't be using this company again.

Cannot recommend this place highly enough. Very fast & efficient. Ordered twice & even though only paid for standard delivery I still received both packages the next working day. Far cheaper than any other party website & even cheaper than ebay. Wouldn't think twice about ordering from here again. Thank you party puffin!

I ordered party supplies and decorations for my daughters 21st party on Monday and received them the next day even though I only paid for the standard delivery!

The items are fantastic and most importantly were so much cheaper than other party sites selling the same stuff.

I can't wait for the party now and will definitely be using partypuffin again for my other daughters 18th party next year!
