Ordered my balloons on a Monday and received on Wednesday with personalised option selected (had my company logo added). Even though we didn't pay for the fast delivery option. Emails resposonded quickly and the overall product is good quality and they use express courier who are reliable in this area. Website could be a bit more friendly but apart from that - really pleased.
