TERRIBLE Customer Service department + DO NOT pre-order items from Zavvi

Absolutely AWFUL = DON'T bother with Pre-orders + TERRIBLE customer service! I placed a pre-order for 4x item's in February, release date was the 13th June (1x MtG commander deck, 1x bundle and 2x starter kits). They marked 3x out of 4x items as dispatched (1x bundle and 2x starter kits). I received a box containing 2x items (2x starter kits), not the 3x (missing the 1x bundle). The box was too small to have fit the bundle. I raised 2x queries, 1x about the missing bundle that they marked as 'dispatched', 1x about the Commander deck that they haven't dispatched. We can't use names here so we'll call the first Customer Service advisor 'C'. He replied assuring me that there is just a delay regarding the commander deck is all and that I will eventually receive it - (bearing in mind the release date was the 13th June), today is the 7th July and I'm still waiting. Another Customer Services advisor informed me that an investigation has been raised about the missing bundle, they gave me a timeframe and that timeframe had passed, so I chased them. They reply thanking me for my refund request and processed a refund for the bundle (with no apology or admitting to their mistake!). I didn't request a refund, I want the goods! Dealing with them was like talking to a brick wall! There have been a number of occasions where they haven't read my messages correctly and even their own colleagues! The problem is, the products that I have ordered are sold out everywhere and are worth a lot more money now, so much for Pre-ordering the items with Zavvi! I highly doubt they'll be able to get a hold of the remaining item, the commander deck - all I want are the items that I have pre-ordered! I'm left wondering whether they understand the point of a pre-order and why they hire incompetent people to work in their customer services department. Also try looking for their head office details or a phone number to put in a complaint - there is a reason that you'll struggle. All you have is their CS department, so complaints get nowhere. This review is the short version of everything that has happened, I'm so stressed with the situation it's unreal. I'm kicking myself that I didn't go elsewhere to pre-order the items as now I won't be able to get a hold of them as only a limited amount are printed. Let's see whether I ever receive my commander deck or whether they will suddenly refund me (they don't like to admit to being wrong). I will be sharing my experience with as many people as possible and I will not be shopping with Zavvi after this extremely poor experience. Zavvi are absolutely awful. They may have a paid Trustoilot account, as there's no way they'd have a 3.8 score on Trustpilot, they'd be in the red with a free account (I've worked for a company that used Trustoilot for a while so I have a good idea of how it works). They've caused me so much stress with this situation, I wish I had went elsewhere in the first place. I'm going to be looking into taking things further. Feel free to source the items for me Zavvi and pay a premium whilst you're at it, this is the only way that you will be able to make it up to me - I know you won't however. You should replace your Customer Services department, get some people in that are capable of reading properly and that are able to actively engage in a situation, people that can stick to timeframes and know what they are doing. I want my remaining item (and preferably the bundle too) - I DO NOT want another refund as I cannot get the items anywhere else now (and don't believe you'll be able to get them, but I'm holding in to that small sliver of hope). Sort yourselves out! Again, DO NOT refund me for the remaining item (Final Fantasy Limit Break commander deck), I STILL WANT IT. Let's see if 'C' will admit to being wrong about Zavvi having not oversold this product and that I will still receive it. Let's see how much Zavvi knows exactly.

I purchased a stuffed plush way back in November, when order it stated it would ship out 12/23 I was ok with that. THE MOST AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER

I Pre ordered Star Wars 4k for release day (9th April), however as of sat 7th April the order was still processing and a live chat with Phill confirmed that I would not get it by Monday 9th. He allegedly started the cancellation process, however this was not done and I get charged, and as of Thur 12th

I still have not received the order.

If you can't honour your orders on time don't offer them for sale.

You should keep customers informed of delivery process from order to delivery, it seems your only fast enough to take the money.

Cancel Orders For No Reason And Without Warning

I ordered a game from these and paid in full, a week before it came out they refunded me and sent a message saying "Due to low stock the order could not be fulfilled" I was hugely disappointed as preordering a game early and paying in full to still be told my order could not be fulfilled showed how poor their service really is. I liked the website however a shame that their staff and stock levels failed them to provide an adequate service.

Worst Company & Customer Service

First time last time customer. Ordered 4 blu rays on November 26 as Christmas gifts. 3 arrived all individually on separate days, one past the estimated delivery time. When I complained about the 4th item, I was told I needed to wait 30 days until December 27th. On the 27th it still had not arrived so I contacted customer service again and was told I needed to wait an additional 3 days until December 30th. Are you kidding me?! That's your solution...for me to just continue to wait? 30 days have passed!!! That's not proper customer service. And what kind of company ships four blu rays individually that were all purchased at the same time? That is just bad business both from a cost perspective for the company and for me as the customer. The absolute worst experience I have ever had buying a blu ray and I buy tons. Never a problem with Amazon UK or Germany when buying overseas. And when customers make purchases on Black Friday that are intended for Christmas, you as the merchant have an OBLIGATION to ensure it gets delivered in time for Christmas! Totally unacceptable. Get your act together Zavvi and get me my order!

December 29th: Zavvi tells me to upload 'Non-Receipt of Goods' disclaimer form which will NOT upload. I tried in several different file formats over a dozen times and it WILL NOT UPLOAD! Why as the CUSTOMER do I HAVE TO JUMP THROUGH HOOPS TO GET AN ITEM I PAID FOR!!!! IT"S YOUR JOB AS CUSTOMER SERVICE TO FIX MY PROBLEM AND MAKE ME SATISFIED. THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I purchased 2 Cyber Monday specials that were deducted from my bank account the following day and never arrived. I have written customer service daily with no results and have asked them to call me which they refuse to do. I can't find their phone number to save my life-RED FLAG!!!!!! I had to dispute the charges with my bank and run out at the last minute to purchase new Christmas gifts and ship them to Florida before the 12/20/16 deadline for delivery by Friday 12/23. Thanks for the extra holiday stress Zavvi-YOU SUCK!!!!!!!!!

Customer service is just non existent you cannot call them or speak to them verbally.

Pre ordered an item for christmas that they have delayed several times now being told i still can't have it.

Never known anything like it!

One minute the money's been refunded then it hasn't then they claim they've never taken it in the first place!

Worst Company Ever

Purchased in error 2 PlayStation bundles on Black Friday. Cancelled online within 12 minutes of the order being placed and backed up this cancellation with an email to customer services too.

I was advised the following day that they would attempt to stop it. By the Sunday I was advised they could not stop the order and I would be receiving both and it was my responsibility to return and pay (with insurance) for the unwanted product - NOTE Distance Selling Regulations confirm that if you the consumer cancels the order before it was despatched then the company should pay for the return. apparently my order was despatched on Black Friday at around 9pm when I completed the order - yeah right.

After agreeing for them to collect the order via Yodel on the 5th December and waiting for a refund, they advise me it will take up to 10 working days to arrive at their warehouse, 3 working days to process the order and then a following 5 working days for it to credit my card which I used to purchase.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM - You will see from other reviews they send a stupid generic reply about feeding back the service blah blah blah. If you are caught in the same position, speak to your bank in the first instance and get them to arrange a chargeback rather than waiting up to a month for Zavvi to apply a refund.

Beware – Zavvi Is A Bad Company With The Worst Service Ever

On 18/8/16 I purchased a monthly subscription for a ZBox that my daughter wanted. (paid 21.41 Euro).

On 12/9/16 I sent them a message saying that I haven’t received my order yet.

On 23/9/16 they charged you charged my credit card for another 23.79 Euro…. even though I told them that I haven’t received the first month’s ZBox.

My daughter really wanted this ZBox so I tried hard to make this work. Overall I have send them around ten messages about this issue. They reply after one day from a “no reply” email address and every time I had to login to their website and send them a message. Each time a different sales representative replied to my message, without being familiar with the case or being able to provide a proper response.

I asked them several times to cancel my monthly subscription and refund my money or send me the ZBox(s) that I paid for but they keep coming up with excuses. They said that they are unable to cancel my subscription because “as of yet the cancellation period is currently not open”! Whatever that means. I subscribed to a monthly subscription (not annual) and I want to cancel it. Only a sham company would provide such silly excuses trying to prevent their customers to unsubscribe from a service that they don’t want.

For the first time in my life I will have to call my bank and ask them to do a chargeback.

What began as buying a present for my daughter ended as a very frustrating experience and a waste of my time.

I purchased an online Barbie collection of DVD's. I did not realise they were not made in the USA therefore my daughter cannot view them. I had ordered them for her birthday, can I return them? I bought them I believe Sept 18?

I ordered a PlayStation 4 but my account was deleted I then remade the same account but there is history of my order will the order still be completed or do I have to order again? I don't want to order the second one only to have the first to arrive and have to pay for both.
