I have nothing to say about the ordering process and shipping time, delivered on time with the help of their courier service which is USPS. I received the boxset within a week. While checking the discs, I would say that the episodes on this DVD set, in general, look good. The quality of the discs does show some age, but it isn't nearly as bad at all. Of course, the audio is presented in the original mono, which isn't all that impressive, but the company really did the job. I just got a minor problem in this set, when I am on the 3rd disc of Family ties; it didn’t play at all while the others do. I freaked out and emailed the company what I encountered in my order. After few minutes, I received a response from one of their customer support reps and said to check the remaining discs if there are still defective ones and ask me to provide the lists and email them my desired shipping address so they can replace it immediately. From the 2 sets and entire discs, that’s the only faulty one. As instructed, I forwarded them the list and after a week, I received the replacement disc #3 of Family Ties – tested it and it completely played, so happy with the replacement.

I’m also glad with the aftermath of dealing with this company!! Great product. Fair price! A complete endorsement from a very satisfied customer.

Last April, my wife and I placed an order for the Gunsmoke and Little House on the Prairie DVDs for we are both fans of these classic TV shows. I asked how long it would take to deliver the DVDs, because it was intended to be a gift for ourselves on our anniversary. I was concerned if they had a lot of orders or were too busy, but the representative assured me it would take approximately 6-8working days only.

Long story short, when I got the DVD, I was completely satisfied with my decision to place an order with this firm. The DVD was great quality but it came with damage DVD cases. It’s cracked so I contacted YourDVDCorner.com and I asked for a replacement DVD cases immediately. They responded asking for an apology and explained that they do believe that has been damaged during the shipping process. I said that it's okay as long as they replace the DVD cases. They didn't give me hassle regarding this issue and they asked immediately for my desired shipping address so they can provide the replacement at once. They also asked me if the DVDs I received are fully working or if it get damaged too. I told them that all is working fine and the quality is absolutely amazing, both audio and video are excellent! The video is clear and bright and the audio is sharp and loud. I got the replacement DVD case after 5 business days. I’m happy camper because they know how to stand behind their products. My suggestion is, if you experience a problem regarding your order, just talk to them because in my case they never ignored me and they provided me real and good quality DVDs I’m now planning to place my next order after I completed my list.
