Probably one of the best game stores where I live. The people selling them have extensive knowledge about games, and are always eager to help and provide insight if asked. They cover near enough every console with their range.

Their retro section just as awesome, and perhaps one of a kind here. I'm glad to see that this has been kept all of the time that I've been to this shop, and it's actually allowed me to get a great older game where I otherwise wouldn't have, which is always appreciated.

Great store, overall. Would heavily recommend buying from them, much better service than you'll get (Or would have got) in, for example, Game.

Love this little place, and its so handily close right outside my work place lol. The guys behind the counter are always up for a chat about the latest games, and tech, and are always happy to help out if you need assistance. I find myself popping out of work on my lunch hour and into your shop just to look at the latest games, the Retro Corner and the contents of your glass cabinet which is always tempting me into spending my hard earned wonga!

If im looking for a game, or console hardware, i will always go out of my to visit Game Xpress in Folkestone first.

Great shopping experience that I would recommend to a friend, I received amazing customer service every time I have gone in I have always found the staff helpful well informed and enthusiastic. Been willing to go the extra mile to help, willing to discuss any aspect of gaming with you with out being pushy making sure you get what's best for you.

I have been a regular customer with Xpress Games since they opened in Ashford. I've watched them grow, and am so pleased they now have 3 stores. They are so knowledgeable and are always prepared to go that extra mile for anything you need. An excellent stock of retro consoles and games plus collectables. The best gaming store I've ever been in. If you haven't tried them, you have been missing out BIG TIME!

Been buying pre-owned games from here for months, have a massive range as you get to choice from all their retail stores. They also stock trading cards and Games Workshop. The large figures look really cool. Was great for Xmas shopping for family. The delivery time was really good and when one item was delayed i got an email from them explaining and it arrived as promised.
