What a Find - www.whatafind.com

I originally found 'whatafind' on ebay. As I wasn't sure of who the company were I googled them and found their website. I was extremely pleased with the saving that was on offer to me & to top it off they were even offering a further 15% discount. My baby wasn't due for another 5 months but at such a great price I simply had to buy it. I was not disappointed as the Pram was as described and new. I was slightly concerned that the 3 month warranty offer would have lapsed by the time my baby was due so I emailed Customer Service to enquire if they would start the warranty period from my due date 03/06/11. I received a reply within 24hrs confirming they would honour my request. They did not have to do this but the fact they did was 5 star service. I would highly recommend 'whatafind' to anyone, infact I did just that on the 'babycentre' website & a number of mums to be have since gone on to purchase items from 'whatafind'.

I was searching for the Samsung HTC 5530 Home Cinema System and found it cheaper through Google product search at whatafind.com, never came across the site before but found them on ebay as well under whatafind.outlet so decided to make my purchase delivered within 2 days and can not be more pleased with the service I received

Ordered some furniture from Whatafind.com took 6 weeks to delivery even though I was told it would be received within 14 days. They do not call customers back only tell them that they will call them back later, three days after I chased again and received the same response. It was a merry-go-round to have the deliver the items. Yet when they where delivered the items where faulty, the bed and set of draws where damaged.

The company said it was telephone back, still waiting....awful service, awful company stay clear.

I've been searching for a 4 slot toaster for sometime to go with our Dualit Cream Kettle, I came across whatafind.com after searching Google and could see that it was the cheapest, to my delight the website was well laid out, easy to use and make my purchase, I received a tracking code via email for my item and it was delivered within 2 days of my order. The product is great, the servive was great. So I now search whatafind.com on a regular basis as they always appear to be the cheapest.
