Poor Communication And Pre Order Delivery Shocking
Ordered The Witcher 3 on the PS4 two months before release date and paid in advance. Website stated that it would be despatched for the release date of 19/05/15.
Release date arrived yet no game arrived. Looked at my order on the website and it stated 'awaiting dispatch'. Emailed Video Game Box both via their website and their customer services email address to ask what was happening.
Two days on I have not had any reply from the company and still do not have the game I ordered and paid for several months ago.
Several of my friends pre orderd from other outlets and recieved the game on release day.
The most annoying fact is that they have neglected to respond to my Emails. I would not use these again.
Just hoping I actually get my product as customer service is a non starter it seems.
UPDATE. 10/6/15 Game never received had one communication from VGB Stating that game had been dispatched one day prior to release 1st class, which is odd as Rakuten shows was dispatched 2nd class two days after release date.
No further communication from VGB, and no game. Disgusting.
Escalated my complaint via Raluten who have provided me with a refund.
IN MY OPINION DONOT USE VIDEO GAME BOX. THEY ARE THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE USED BY FAR. NO PRODUCT SUPPLIED AND REFUSE TO COMMUNICATE.
