Very Rare Dvds , Very Rare To Get The Iem You Ordered
After ordering Rock Band 3 on 15th July which cost £31.18 and waiting until 23rd
for it to be delivered . it came via Amazon, Dunferline
I have now received the wrong game.
This is Rock Band which cost £8.98 not Rock Band 3.
I am very unhappy with this whole purchase.

Beware Of Buying Here
I bought a DVD from veryraredvds.com trading at play.com through PlayTrade. Although the disc that arrived appeared to be correct, it arrived in a clear plastic cover with no cover title. There was also an additional DVD in the case that I hadn't expected and wasn't wanted. The DVD is displayed on their page as you would expect when buying a new DVD. There was no comment that anything other than what I saw would be sent. This was bought as a present but I certainly couldn't give it as one in the state it arrived in. I emailed them with my complaint and have only received replies that are arrogant and dismissive. Play.com are investigating but I'm not hopeful for a refund.
Q&A
They have asked me to return a game but not given an address. Although they should be willing to give me a refund they have been rude, unhelpful and don't understand English.
I ordered a game at £31.18 and got a different one at £8.98 drop shipped from Amazon.
As I bought my game through play.com you would think they would help with the address or refund but no they just email the seller and that's it. Anyone know where I can find the address?
