Service Sucks!
Ordered and paid online for 7 lengths of MDF skirting, delivered to Cheshire on Monday 23rd July 2012. Received email confirmation of order placed. On Friday 27th phoned U-Diy and spoke to Dan who stated there was a problem with the address on the order. Bearing in mind I was not contacted via email or phone regarding the order, he suggested it will be with me on Monday 30th July. Now Friday 3rd August, 10+ phone calls later and promises to get back to me never happended. Same old excuse, "Is it not been delivered?". Cancelled the order today (2nd August). Based on current experience this might take a while.

I Found The Website Really Easy To Use And Placed
I found the website really easy to use and placed the order on Sunday night. I recieved a call Monday morning telling me that they didn't have everything in stock, the man (can't remember his name) offered me what they had in stock to be despatched that day and then send the rest at the end of the week, or have it sent all at once. I opted for the all at once and recieved the goods on Thursday.

Ordered Some Plaster Sealer From U-diy, Apparently
Ordered some plaster sealer from U-DIY, apparently a good price and easy to place an order.
A day later they call, sorry we cannot deliver because the paint may leak!
What a poor excuse!
If they cannot deliver a product then it should be posted on an internet shop. Please beware.
I'm afraid the first and last order with U-DIY.
