I Haven't Received Payment On Items Sent In February!
I'll keep it simple. I sent my items in early February to this company along with 4 other different "stuff for cash" websites including Music Magpie, Momox, WeBuyDVDs and CeX (all of which promptly paid! And I would recommend all 4 for maximizing your potential payment, make a spreadsheet!
Anyway, after not receiving a payment, long after completing transactions with all the other aforementioned companies, I contacted tradeyourstuff via their website...no reply after about 5 working days.
Again emailed them, no reply again. Then emailed their sales department and continued to send emails for about 2 weeks when I stumbled across an abundance of terrible reviews for this company.
It has been almost 6 months and no payment or reply from them despite dozens of emails, I can't believe the website is still going!
Which is why I chose to post this review now, the last review was March 2015, and I want people to read this and not fall for this like I did.
If You Wish To Be Robbed Go To Trade Your Stuff
After sending my games to trade your stuff ,they promised me a payment of £65 recieved emails to say a cheque was going to be issued no payment. They then promised to pay into paypal no payment ,no reply to my emails still after 3 months nothing . Does anybody out there know what we can all do about this scamming company?
took ages to pay me so i pointed out i had followed his terms as stated on site but he hadn't as he had not sent payment. i them told him to pay within 7 days or i will take court action any sue for the true cost of items got paid with 4 days
The guy has somehow been getting away with it for years. You can report them to trading standards via citizen's advice but I think many people have done this an d nothing seems to get done. You can also report them through ActionFraud, that way you will get a police crime number. Hopefully if enough people report them someone will actually do something eventually.

Disgusting Service
Sent a number of items in for trade at the end of january. At the time of writing this review, I have still not received my money. they don't respond to your emails and there's no phone number to call them. Disgusting service. the worst trade website I've had the misfortune of dealing with.
Please don't waste your time on these guys. Find someone more reliable.

Stick To The Well Known Companies
Sent games to Tradeyourstuff in December, firstly things were smooth, they tested them and made me aware some were of no value as they were scratched which was fair enough.
They were passing me onto their finance department who would arrange payment for me... 2 months on I am still waiting.
Tried contacting them through there online form 3 times but nothing came back from them.
I then found an email address which allowed me to contact them directly, again no reply until today.
They say my email had hit their spam filter which i appreciate can happen, however, it is no excuse to take 2 months to send me the cash I deserve.
Advice: stick to the well known companies!
Hi
Did you get the cheque in the end?
Moreover Can you pass on that direct email address please?
Thanks
Who are you reporting them too? @lilbunny87

I priced a few games on the site which came to £39 good price. Got email with postage details sent parcel the cost of £4, company give £3 postage back with order. Week later my parcel was returned stating customer away. Now out of pocket of postage. When I tried to sell again the price is a lot lower and they are still accepting orders. I sent a couple of emails but still no reply! I usually use magpie, which I did for some of the games but this company offer better prices. Now cutting my loses and going to magpie. Don't even deserve one star! One very disappointed son.

Do Not Use!!
Absolute shambles,i also sent them dvds, games etc and yes, they 'queried' some of the items,i accepted a lower value but,hey presto, no cheque!!
I have sent several emails, really wish i had reviewed them before using them. I have used Music Magpie as well, top class!!
Don't Use Them!!!
I agree with reviews left by others on this site. I sent my DVD's in more than three months ago. Following a "query" regarding one of my DVDs to which I responded immediately, I've heard nothing since. Despite e-mailing many times, I've not received payment and have not had so much as an acknowledgement. I wish I'd read the reviews before using them.
AVOID THEM
As Like A Lot Of Other Reviewers, Trade Your Stuff
As like a lot of other reviewers, Trade Your Stuff are the worst company in have ever dealt with.
Sent them games and received conformation and costs even with games with issues. I emailed them confirmation and that's when all communication ends.

Awful
Worst website I've used. They don't respond to emails once they "query" your DVDs even after accepting the lower value. I threatened with legal action and they finally responded saying will use PAyPal, 2 weeks later they haven't paid the money in to that account. I've waited for 6 weeks for 40 pound, it's not a large sum of money but it's the principle now. If I was to advise it would be take less money from elsewhere who will actually help you out rather than these clowns.

Avoid
I sent in some DVD's and an Xbox game for my 10 year son who wanted to buy a new football. It took some weeks to get my payment. I had to write 4 emails with no reply. The only reply I received was one I put Legal Action in the subject title and said I would be taking legal action if I didn't hear from them by a certain date. This wasn't an empty threat as I would have reported them to Action Fraud and taken a small claims action if I hadn't received my payment. I will not be using them again.
