I bought a refurbished sat nav from total pda and the sat nav was not working properly (took ages to load maps and did strange things with the map when driving)

I called total pda who told me that they were unable to help and asked me to contact Tomtom directly. Tomtom told me that the device was faulty and needed to be replaced, which they did and the new sat nav is even worse. I got lost while driving as the new satnav lost complete notion of where I was. I contacted total pda to let them know about this and the customer representative was totally unhelpful and refused to help. I then sent them a letter mentioning the sales of good act and asked for a refund and they ignored it completely and never came back to me.

I will never ever buy anything from them again and will never recommend them to anyone

TotalPDA have a range of good deals on Sat Nav devices and PDAs. I recently bought one of their best selling PDAs the Dell Axim X51. I am very happy with the PDA. I guess I got a real bargain price of £79.98 inc Vat. I highly recommend TotalPDA to my colleagues and friends.

The call operator was also very helpful. Excellent service, I received the product ordered online at the time expected, Thumbs up !
