Excellent Customer Service And After Sales
I purchased a set of solar powered lights in the summer of 2015. Unfortunately they were delivered faulty but with one email they were replaced by the company and postage paid at their cost.
Following the winter, they developed a fault so I contacted the Sharper Edge again. An immediate offer of replacement was made. However, I decided not to have a replacement and a return of the original product was not possible.
Nevertheless, the company agreed to let me have a product of equal value, or the same credit for another product from their catalogue.
I selected an alternative and this was delivered by return of post, with no quibble.
Despite the problems with the initial product, I can only praise this company for its customer care and flexible attitude. Excellent supplier. Thank you.

I Returned A Faulty Item 4 Months Ago - By Agreeme
I returned a faulty item 4 months ago - by agreement with Sharper Edge. Have been writing emails ever since and have not had a reply. Where is my refund? Impossible to find a phone number for them. DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY WITH A BARGEPOLE.

Buy Your Sweets From Poundland!
Took ages to arrive (bought on 2/12/15, arrived 16/12/15) through Groupon. Bought the Classic Hamper thinking i'd get a nice box and lots of sweets. Tiny cardboard box full of sweets i could pick up for MUCH cheaper at Poundland. Utter rip off and i don't see how they can charge such extortionate amounts and get away with it on their site. Definitely a no no for me!

Decided at the last minute we wanted some lights for camping, as did a friend. The lights came the following day, they are easy to use, for solar lights are very bright and we're still on at 5am in the morning. We are now thinking solar lights for the garden would be a good idea.

They Don't Deliver What They Advertise
I bought some solar power security lights and they don't work and they are refusing to replace them. Don't use this company they take your money but don't deliver the goods.

Purchasing an item online from Groupon does not give you a lifetime supply of that product, but thanks for your comments.

Glad I Didnt Pay Full Price!!!
Bought a valentines sweet hamper through groupon, took 10 days to get here, items are missing or have been substituted, wouldve been really annoyed if I had of paid the sharper edges extortionate prices! Nicely packaged but apart from that I have nothing positive to say!

As you were not happy with the item purchased from Groupon, your review is for Groupon and not The Sharper Edge. It sounds like your item arrived on time (7 working days - which depending how weekends fall can be 10 or 11 days).
Any issue you have with regards of the advertising or pricing of that item should be directed to Groupon.
Please note, on substitutions can be made due to availability, which is why Groupon advertises "Contents may vary slightly depending on availability. Images for illustrative purposes only."

Shambles Of A Company!
Having ordered a sweet hamper from groupon supplied by The Sharper Edge on Dec 4th, and there being an advertised delivery time of up to 7days, I'm getting more and more frustrated that on Dec 21st, I'm still waiting, even after contacting them on 10th to be told my order has dispatched. I'm beginning to feel that this is a bad company and after reading other reviews of them, wish I hadn't ordered from them! I am now out of pocket and have to look for another Christmas present, as I'm certain it won't be here by Christmas now!
Many thanks for contacting us on the 10th December, which is 4 working days into the 7 working day delivery schedule. At that stage your order had been dispatched and set to be delivered on time.
Had we been notified that after 7 working days (13th Dec) the item hadn't arrived, we would have happily dispatched a replacement.

Disappointing!!!
I bought a retro sweet hamper via groupon. It was advertised as £69.99 woth of sweet in a hamper. The order took over two weeks to be delivered and when it arrived it was a small cardboard box (smaller than a shoe box) with less than £15 worth of sweets inside. I could've made this cheaper myself!!!

Bought a sweet hamper supposed to be £80 my foot it took over a week and a half and there was no more than £20 worth init I'm so discusted never again!
