Lightnings Saber
I orderd a lightning saber,it arrived a day after expected delivery.They worked fine at first then after a wile one just stoped working. Verry bad i would not recommend

Didn't Recieve My Item The Next Day As Chosen
Still haven't received item after purchasing next day delivery. Ordered late Thursday and still no item.
In future I'll order in advance and pay normal delivery. I'm sure the item willbeexactly what I was looking for but unfortunately my event has past so longer needed. Disappointed :(
Used Product
I ordered the pink crackle nail varnish for my 7 year old daughter that she treated her self to with her own money and what I received was terrible. The nail varnish was all dried up and couldn't be used. Needless to say my daughter was a bit upset
Arrived Quickly
Ordered LED shuttlecocks for an event. They came quickly but a lot didn't work. Rang up and a new box was sent out straight away.

Poor At Best!
Ordered items Fri morn for 'next day delivery' which as it apparently got dispatched same day would be Saturday. Nope, Saturday delivery is not included despite parcel force operating on this day.
Rude customer service and won't refund extra paid for faster delivery, now on mon evening parcel still not here as parcelforce didn't appear to receive the delivery advice in event that person not at home.
Can't comment on the quality of the product but at this rate I don't hold out much hope!
Save yourself the hassle and buy from elsewhere :-(

Thank you for your further rude comments. It quite clearly states in the delivery options Next WORKING day, I do not know how much clearer it could possibly be!! As for the quality they have arrived back and are in perfect working order. We have 1000s of satisfied and many of them repeat customers who come back because of our exemplary customer service, perhaps you should not of been so rude and threatening in the 1st instance!

Hardly rude, abisive and threatening, dont lie to customers!! And don't ask for delivery advice if it requires a signature and can't be used .... simple...
And make it more clear its next WORKING day delivery not next day...
Oh and incidentally they're being returned for full refund as faulty and dreadful quality, imported straight from china on the wrapper!!

The website quite clearly states that the service you selected was "Next WORKING day". There is a Saturday delivery option which is available at a premium, you chose not to pay for this. Whilst Parcelforce and other couriers work on Saturdays, this day is not included in the basic rate for next day delivery and as sated previous they charge a premium for this service. As for the customer service, considering the rude, abusive and threatening email we received from you, I belive we were quite restrained in simply just pointing the facts out to you.
As for delivery, Parcelforce require a signature, they attempted delivery at 14:13pm, as you were not home they posted a card to say it had been taken to your local Post office to await collection.

My Next Day Delivery Never Happend
I still have not received my parcel that i ordered for next day delivery on friday the 16/09/16. It was meant to be a birthday surprise. Great service! :(
