Website Problems, They Continue To Ignore
Recently purchased some CDs, but when I clicked on the Complete Payment button I was taken to a blank page. Didn't get an order number, no email confirmation, and so far, no CDs. I cannot check my order history as that page NEVER loads.
Customer services (surely an oxymoron)confirmed my order was processed, that the website problems were known and they were "working on it". Several weeks later it is still the same, and I still await my CDs. Suggesting that they fess up regarding the website problems has fallen on deaf ears.
Factor in the hit and miss, order confirmation and "it's in the post" emails, and it all becomes a very shoddy experience. It feels like, they have got my money, why should they care?
No Customer Service At All
Went into the Great Yarmouth store. Have shopped there before in the past and once purchased a cd that didn't work at all but let that one go. Went in there again today after promising my kids a DVD evening. Went to pay after selecting the DVDs I wanted and was told I had to pay more for one as they had put the wrong price on it!!! That's not my problem and it's within my consumer rights that I could purchase it for the price advertised but twice she refused me, her excuse for the sake of £3 was that her manager would tell her off if she honoured it!!! Really? More like it's my right to have it for that price and tell off his incompetent staff for not pricing things correctly. Plus she was sarcastic. As a retail manager who understands the consumer rights act and good customer service this place is a joke.!!!!

Awful User Experience
Came across this lot by chance. Selection of CDs and prices on their website is really good. Ordered £40 of stuff. Took me 30 minutes and 12 attempts with multiple credit cards to place the order. Each time it failed to go through and refused to allow me to edit delivery addresses. Eventually got order to go through. Confirmation email indicates that my CDs will be sent to some random address in Chepstow (I don't even know anyone in Chepstow!). Tried calling helpline number but is permanently ringing out to a "mailbox is full" message - that bodes well. Email sent hours ago and no reply. Regret ever having stumbled across them.Grrrrrrr

My wife ordered a Kate Bush CD 28 March 2014. It was sent and lost by Royal Mail they say!
Refund promised and not received.
Unprofessional, incomplete responses and very poor service. The first and last time we will ever use them.

I have recently placed 2 separate orders with them. The first CD never turned up so I contacted them, and they sent out a replacement. The second CD never turned up either so I contacted them, and they say they have sent out a replacement - this as yet has not turned up!!!

There's nothing positive to say about this store first of all they wouldn't sell me a 15 or 18.i am 23 and although I look younger and often asked for ID I showed 2 forms of ID they could not sell me the DVD without a letter stating my address.They then asked me to return my items if I was not buying.This Was from a young man serving me never shop there again bad customer service
Never Recieve Items
First started when I ordered my little girl a 3d blu ray (beauty and the beast) . Was a good price so after I ordered the blu ray I rang my brother and I said I'll order him one too. Severeal weeks past and no items so I contacted them and they said they had been dispatched but I never recieved an email saying they had ( I'd ordered a few CDs before and recieved emails saing they had been dispatched). I logged onto my account on the website and my order status didn't even say they had been dispatched when they were assuring me they had. Around 5 emails later and a few weeks I finally recieved an email saying they had refunded my money a week ago without informing me. Few months later for some daft reason I ordered 3 CDs and the smurfs 3d blu ray. One of the CDs was a special edition with a DVD which I paid about an extra £2 difference from the normal one. The CDs arrived all with an email to say they were getting dispatched but no dispatch email for the blu ray AGAIN.... The special edition was in the CDs but surprise surprise ...the DVD disc not with it. I went onto my account to see my order status and all my items were showing as dispatched but still no blu ray .after all the hassle last time they can keep my ten pounds and I hope they choke on it. Absolute wast of time this company and avoid at all costs!!!

Don't Go There.
I'm having the same problem as the previous reviewer - non arrival of goods, money taken and all e-mails disappearing into a black hole. Wish I'd never stumbled upon their website. My advice - stick with any of the reputable online retailers, be they the big ones or the small indies, just don't go here!
Refund now processed - still no communication, though.

Took The Money Then Hid.
I placed an order for three CD's via two separate orders on the 26th and 27th of September. The first order arrived fine, if with cracked cases and scratched media.
The second order never arrived. I queried it on 20th October via email but never received a reply. Not even an automated acknowledgement.
I chased it up on 26th October but again a week has elapsed and still no reply from That's Entertainment. I've now chased this a third time today but am not going to hold my breath.
The company is remote and fails to answer reasonable requests for information on orders. The company takes your money and seems to then hide. I have also taken to Twitter
Resolution.
The company has now been in touch. they had cancelled the order on 8th October. There was no communication and no explanation until today, the 1st November 2011.
