Tried to get product information from a sales clerk at the Carson City, NV. store. What a joke! Both times she said she had other customers ahead of me and she placed me on hold without even asking what I needed. Well, guess what! I AM A CUSTOMER TOO!!!. The first time, I was on hold for 10+ minutes and I finally hung up and called back. The second time, she just put me on hold. I bought my product elsewhere. NOTHING can cause store closures more assuredly than treating customers poorly. I hope Best Buy can get their act together. I WILL make my purchases at other stores.

I walked in looking for a TV mount and the workers were very helpful and friendly and they helped me navigate through all the different option and helped me get what I needed in my price range. I have heard some negative things about Best Buy lately but I was very pleased with my purchase and shopping experience.

Looked online to compare prices of Plasma TV's. When I got to best buy site I found an LG 42" Plasma tv with all the specs I wanted. Freeview,HD,HDMI etc. The only issue was I could not reserve and collect on line as there was some issue with the Croydon computer system. I phoned customer services to ask if they still had stock in the Croydon branch. (didn't want to go there and no stock available)after waiting nearly 10 minutes the customer service lady came back to me and said they only had 3 items lest and to get there quick. We got there and purchased our TV and it was £29 cheaper than the online purchase price.Very happy customer. All in all we paid £198 less that the next best price we could find online. A tip for anyone who is thinking of purchasing from Best Buy.Look online and if you can find the item you are going to purchase in a different store cheaper anywhere else thy will price match it with a little extra back. The item must not be an online price but in shop price and track able on line for them to verify the price. We did this a few months back with a Wi Fi router and they honored the price and gave us 10% back of the purchase price. (Currys,PC World eat your heart out). It is a shame that there isn't more of these stores around. One very good american outlet.(I think it is an american company)

Best Buy had this fridge freezer for two thirds the price it was in my local Comets and Currys. There was no problem with delivery and the item was installed in a tight space professionally. On top of all this Best Buy do a generous Quidco cashback so the price was even better. I have had no cause for complaint so I cannot say anything about their after sales service.

Delivery was as scheduled but that was over a week after order was placed so might not be the best place if you want something in a hurry.

DO NOT USE BEST BUY! I bought a Miele washing machine from the company and paid for the installation. It was delivered and installed. I put on the machine and it nearly exploded - one of the transit bars was still in it. I insisted the machine be returned that day as it was likely it had been damaged. Against my better judgement I agreed to a replacement which was to be delivered in a week's time. It did not turn up. I cancelled my order, and two weeks later am still waiting for my full refund, although £12 has been put into my account to cover the costs of doing my washing in the launderette while waiting for the new machine. All in all, a stressful experience of incompetence at its worst.

My shopping experience at Besy Buy was one of the best i have experienced for electrical retailers. Not only are their product alot cheaper then there competitors but there sales team generally know there stuff. I purchased a tv and a laptop in December. Both were very cheap and to be honest i wasnt expecting the high level of quality both items have offered for the price i paid.

Would def recommend and use in the future, absolutely no complaints

Best Buy is always reliable for new electronics at a bargain price. Their rewards system provides additional incentive to buy all your electronics at Best Buy. The website is easy to navigate, and even allows you to do in-store pickup so you're in and out with shopping around or worrying about home delivery. The prices are always great including shipping. Their customer service is a little sub par as the hold times are long and the reps seem very new to their jobs. The Geek Squad you must beware of as they are not professional computer mechanics. Otherwise, as far as retail goes, Best Buy doesn't have much competition.
