I purchased a playstation 3 game from them as they were the cheapest on the internet but I lived to regret it.

The game looked okay so I decided to open the game and see what it was like. Within 5 minutes the game decided to freeze so I reset the console a number of times but I got the exact same result. I went to game to see what the problem was and they told me that the game was an import.

So I sent the game back to Softuk and told them what had happened. They said that I had replaced the UK disc with a foreign version (which I do not even know how to obtain!) They said that if I tried to do anything like that in future they would report me to the police. I was outraged but there was little I could do. I therefore would thoroughly reccomend you use a different site, even if it is slightly more expensive.

I've ordered numerous items from SoftUK and I've always found them fast and reliable. Their website is sometimes not as informative as I'd like, but their customer service is always willing to help.
