I ordered 2 products due in 5 business days, they never arrived, after tracking the order many times online and 9 emails later I called the company,I was met by a very hostile,Dr Doshi or Joshi, he did not care what had happen to the order, eventually after some confrontation he admitted that the products were never in stock, and also that they will not be in for atleast another 2 months, but will not refund due to having the products in 3 months of original sale, what sort of law is that!, after some further ranting he advised me that the guy who runs the operation was too busy swanning off on holidays, and there was no way my order nor email responces would get fulfilled EVER, their webstie states their links with dentist bodies, and groups, when i told my dentist in London Central, he asked me to stay well away, i will get my money back thhrough my Credit Card company, BUT BE AWARE!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

I ordered a pack of 4 toothbrush heads. A pack of two was delivered and on contacting SmileWithStyle they said they would send the correct pack when I returned the incorrect one. I did this the same day getting a receipt from the Post Office. SWS claims not to have received this and expected me to chase up the PO despite the original error being SWS's. I have done this and SWS have not bothered to reply to Post Office letter asking them to confirm non-delivery. I am now having to chase SWS once again!! They are either incompetent or worse...They need to get their act together and do something about their appalling customer relations.
