They sell supposedly American confectionary at premium prices only problem is they're not American!

The Items they sell are European variants and taste differen't. When I brought this up with customer services they never denied they were selling the cheaper (and horrible tasting) european versions and denied any chance of a refund (I hadn't opened the chocolate as the german on the packaging gave the game away) and then refused to respond to me at all after a couple of emails.

The descriptions and images used on their site are misleading and I shall be reporting them to trading standards for mis selling.

I ordered a big pile of gifts from them in the afternoon and was really impressed when the order arrived the next day. Its a shame delivery wasn't free, but considering how quickly it arrived it was pretty cheap. The website is easy to use and I like that they sell such a wide range of stuff. I was able to order cooking things for mum and toys and sweets for the kids at the same time. They even put some free lovehearts in with my order. Would definitely recommend them.

I couldn't recommend this website enough. Having trawled the shops and internet for something different in the gadgets/gifts catagory, I kept coming up against the same old, same old. I stumbled across this website and found an Aladdin's cave of gifts, of all prices, many under a tenner. I placed an order and less than 20 hours later I was signing for my goods. I didn't find the prices much different from any other websites out there and delivery of £2.99 for however big your order wasn't bad either, lot's of places charge £4 or £5 these days.

I placed an order today from this store, and a few minutes later, before despatch of the order i asked them to cancel three items from the order as i had found them elsewhere for less than half the price. The sun jars were almost £20 on shiny shack, yet somewhere else for £8.99 so i asked them to take the sun jars off the order and send the rest. they refused saying it was already in loading - this was 3 minutes after i placed my order. I said as the order had not been despatched then i was within my rights to cancel the order, they did not respond at all, and i was left wondering what was going on. Not very good customer service. I checked my account an hour later on there website and found that they had cancelled the order and still had not notified me. Anyway, i thanked them for cancelling the order and placed a new order on there site without the sun jars that are too expensive on there website. They cancelled that order too on my account. I emailed them and politely requested that they send that order as i had only wanted to cancel the one order. They told me that they had no intention of accepting my orders and not to order from any of there websites from the company SYMWORKSLTD. I have asked them for a list of there websites so i dont get left waiting for my orders. there communication is terrible, i only found out about the cancellation via there website. I would never order again, what a terrible company !
