Excellent service. First time using the site, so began with trading all older games. Happy with the prices offered. Posted games by collect + on Tuesday, had the funds in my pay pal account by Thursday. A lot quicker than the estimate turn around given on the site. Will certainly be happy to trade games on the site again.

No matter what games I have traded in they have always given me a better price than on the high street trade in prices and you can turn them into gameseek points which gives you even more credit and they are both great companies to deal with. Always going to be using both these sites from now on.

I opted for gameseek credit rather than cash so this may be different to that but I was paid within a few days of sending the games.

It great you can trade with sellto because they give you the right price what you want but they slow giving you your payment

The title says it all really. I've used these before for traded in games for a Gameseek voucher and it was excellent and relatively quick. However, for a cash Paypal payment instead of a voucher it took weeks!!!

I've used Sellto 3 times over the last year or so without any issues and would happily recommend them - The service is straightforward, the website is easy to use with clear breakdowns of valuations and I've used their free delivery option through CollectPlus without any hassles each time. My main reason for recommending them is that their valuations are also really fair which I think is crucial when you're trading in games (and in my experience have been better than other similar buying services like Game or CEX, either online or instore, which is a big plus) and their customer service team have been helpful and prompt to respond when one of my orders wasn't showing properly, which is something I definitely couldn't say about a couple of their competitors.

Do not use this company! I sent a game off nearly a month ago and the first cheque "went missing" the second "went missing" and now I have been told they are "investigating". They are ignoring my emails and when I call they will fob me off, I'm going to contact trading standards as by the looks of things, I'm not the only one to experience such poor service. This is NOT an honest company and they don't really care about customer services.

Sent in a trade for 3 games to sellto.com , one of them disappeared from my account when in transit; which may have meant they kept it for free ( check their t+c's). They received my items well within the specified time but still underpaid me by £1.40 without notifying me of any price change.

I sent 5 PS4 games on a Friday and was paid via PayPal the following Tuesday so, very quick, especially when compared to other similar brands.

Also, insane trade in prices!
