Unfortunately I ordered several christmas presents with this company in two periods over late Nov early Dec.Some arrived but most did not-after wasting a LOT of my time sending them emails and enquiring after the ordered (and paid for!!) goods I decided to ask for my money back as it was christmas and now too late to give the dvd's as gifts.They completely ignored my emails and it was only when I threatened them with court action that they reluctantly refunded me.I have been a customer for years and spent a lot of money with them-I did not receive an apology or an explanation and was left really disappointed.

Please be careful when ordering with this company-probably better to go somewhere with better customer service.
